I’m a plus size certified pilates instructor, working to make pilates more accessible to all bodies. I’m on also on my own journey of health, healing, + fertility.
I am healing the fitness trauma of my childhood and use ing Pilates movement to heal. This is a safe space wherever you are at to use movement to support the body you are in and learn to love yourself.
I also share my experience as a person with Type 1 diabetes, hormone issues, and diagnosed in 2021 with hyperthyroidism via Graves Disease.
My husband and I are newly married in our mid/late 30s wanting to start a family and were told we will need to do IVF so I will share that part of our journey here as well.

Cozy Pilates Part 1 - Pilates Moves to do at Home in Bed
Thank you for sharing... !
Yes girl I'm doing this in bed now!!
Thank you for saying this. I’ve learned a lot from your videos. I have flat feet and some other issues with my feet and my feet hurt without support. And I have discs issues in my back. So this helps a lot!
@@MsKittyKitty so glad they helped 🥰 I would say for sure try wearing shoes with good support and see how it makes you feel. You don’t need to even jump off the mat for all the benefits 💚💯
I'm glad you mentioned the website and food options. I want to get my mom started on this. I have the kit, but I wasn't sure if she would need to eat certain foods. Thanks again!
@@32dreamgirl happy to help 🥰
Proud of you ma'am 💪🏼, discipline is the most important part of getting fit
Thank you 🥰
haha awesome
Do you know what the weight capacity is for that trampoline? I want one of those, but it's not in the budget right now. I'll have to go with a cheaper one for now.😔
@@notmebutyou8350 the limit is 441 lbs. I have others in my buying guide in my fb group: facebook.com/groups/reboundingforall
@@Kersten_VeronesiThank you for the information and for responding. 🙂
Go for it girl!!! Show us how it's done!
Thank you 💚💚💚
What size mat did you get?
@@MargaretMcNeill-s3z this is a 49 inch rebounder. Details on mine in my 🔗💚
So is this better for you than walking? The health bounce is more tiring, no?
@@Trthsker24 rebounding is a more effective form of movement in less time than many. Studies have shown it is better on the body than running. 10 minutes of rebounding equates to a 30 min run. You can google scientific benefits of rebounding or check out my older videos. My point of my account is not showing one movement better than another but helping people find accessible movement that they enjoy. As movement you hate is movement that will never happen.
Movement is medicine 🤘🏻
@@bartelbyfrombone1001 couldn’t agree with you more 💯
I just bought the cheap trampoline at Walmart. I wanna see if I stick to using it before I go bigger. I’m gonna use my kids trampoline socks with the grips on the bottom 😂
@@Macsrus5 have fun! The point of my account is showing movement can be fun if you find one you enjoy.
Where do you find these awesome leggings?! I need them!!
my leggings and a ton of my workout gear is from a company called Lola Getts. They go up to 4x and do not slip down. Not they have many fabrics that have different compressions so if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me. If you use code PEACHPEARPILATES you get an extra discount too: www.lolagetts.com/PEACHPEARPILATES
@ Awesome! Thanks!
Love this! I really want a bellicon and I am trying to convince hubby he needs one! What size is yours, the 49"?
Yes mine is their 49 inch rebounder and I love it!
Respectfully, he is so adorable and looks so happy. I love it.
Have fun enjoy

Hi from Minnesota too! Feels like -11 today!
Brrrrr 🥶, stay warm! Cheers from Oklahoma 🙋♀️ my fam is from south of the twin cities.
Sir rainbow sprinkles jumps a lot. Or just rainbow sprinkles 🥰
@@sherrylove1 love these!
Keep up good work out ❤ Please tell me the name of the rebounder you have. Love the colorful band's Be Blessed.
my rebounder is from Bellicon. If you research online you will find Bellicon mentioned again and again as the best. The company is out of Germany and made from German engineering and steel, with a lifetime warranty on the frame. You custom build on their website the rebounder that is best for your needs. It is an investment for sure as it is the best on the market with a high weight capacity (up to 441 lbs). I myself did a payment plan for mine. My specific one is 49 inches with screw in legs. Whenever they have a discount or sale I normally have extra discount codes so make sure you check back if you plan on buying. www.bellicon.com/?acc=KERSTEN&a_bid=f1c026c9 There are lots of rebounders to choose from out there, this was the best choice for me and my goals. Happy to answer questions anytime. I also have a rebounding fb group as well that is a great resource. I have an instructor and buying guide to help people get started in learning about rebounding: facebook.com/groups/reboundingforall
this is such a nice way to bring a little positivity and balance into your day, you go girl 🥰
Yes it helps so much just recenter when stress hits. It hits more in December 😅🎄 but definitely enjoying the journey 💚
FPA!😂 I just switched my 11 year old bungees out for the same color layout as yours
Yay, they always make me feel like a kid. Enjoy 🙌

ChrisKross. Will make you jump jump 😅
"The amazing rainbow black Friday jumpy jumper" 👍👍👍the whole line👍👍
Haha love it 💯🙌💚
Honestly, the trampoline reminds me of funky 80s idk that’s just the vibe I get, so maybe iris as in Greek mythology thats* the name of the rainbow goddess
Oh that’s creative and fun! I was a child of the late 80s and this reminds me of my childhood so totally tracks 😅🥰💯
Tramper the camper!!! Plz pick mine! 🎉🎉🎉
Adding to the list 💚💯
T-jumpy 😅like Taylor swift but instead of swift jumpy
That’s so cute! Adding to my list of potentials 💚💯🙌
Trampolina maybe??❤️
Adding to the list 💚🥰
Juno the jumpy!! PLEASE PICK MINE 😂
That’s so cute! I’m writing these all down to show my hubby to help me choose 🥰
Can you help by answering a question?I have the T-bar and I am a short person (5'1") with short arms. I feel like I have to jump close to the front of the mat to hold the T-bar instead of being more in the center of the mat. Does the Arched Support Handle come over the mat more so that I could reach it better from the center of the mat? If so, is it a few inches over or just barely so that it wouldn't make sense to purchase it when I already have the T-bar? Thanks!
@@mountainhiker4890 so the u shaped bar comes up over a little more, if you go and look at my past videos you will see I started with 2 u shaped ones and that kept me in the middle the most. Now the support bar isn’t supposed to be grabbed on all the time but with the t- bar is a light touch for higher impact rebounding. I would make sure you have whatever bar you have up higher if you feel you have to reach too far so it’s more near to you.
@ ❤️❤️❤️thank you! i do have the t bar at a good height for me, and i do not hold it all the time, but i wish i didn’t have to stand in the front ⅓ of the mat to use it . is the height adjustable on the u bar? and i have a unit with folding legs…would it work on those? do you think there’s enough difference between the t and u bars in terms of being able to jump in the middle that it would make sense to get a u bar? i do see your videos and it looks like the u bar comes over the mat a little bit. (the t-bar is really right at the frame and not over the mat at all. i wish they had bent it inward a little more).
@ I do think the u bar give a little more center but both kinda force you to the front unfortunately. The u bar is adjustable to your height. You would need to detach it when folding in the legs though. The u bar to me is much more stable but it really depends if you are needing it for stability or just the occasional holding. If stability is what you want the most bc of balance issues, the 2 bars was the most stable as you have both arms reaching out which keeps you in the center. When im jumping with the t-bar which I want to hold it for something higher impact I will shift my center of gravity towards more pushing my 🍑 out as if I am going to do a squat and that gives me more arm length and keeps me more in the center. I’m 5’4” for reference when you look at my videos. Hope this helps 🫶
@ thank you! that was so helpful! and i am also short (5’1”). i don’t use the bar so much for balance issues/support but more for holding on to do other moves. i follow I Jump Instead (youtube workouts) and they often use the bar. they are on cellercisers or jumpsports. They have older more cardio-based rebounding workouts but more recently have daily free live classes that focus on stretching and flexibility, and they also use the bars for that too. they also have strength building routines. It might be really nice to get a U bar for myself! i will study your videos more and see if i can tell where the bar comes across the mat. thanks again ☺️💝
@@mountainhiker4890 of course happy to help. If you check out my 🔗 on my account (it takes you to a bunch of my links) I have one for my fb rebounding group which you may enjoy and can ask a community of almost 6k people their thoughts too. The instructors always make it look easy to go fast 😂 I’m convinced that their bungees are extreme strong strength cause they don’t bounce like I do. I go up and down and they looks like they are walking on water
@@thewanderingstarseed yeah weight and bungee strength for sure have an impact. I have gotten faster for sure but when I train to teach rebounding I’m definitely going to go at a slower pace so it’s more accessible for people.
