Please i don't understand the inflation rate to reduce to 15% in 2025 from 34% in 2024.does it meant we will experience increase in price of goods by 15% more 2025 or there will be reduction of 19% in price of goods in 2025. You said “all the headwinds Nigerians had to go through”. I don’t want to sound petty about your use of grammar here, but I disagree with the “had to”. Nigerians did not have to deal with those headwinds. They were unnecessary result of incompetence and thoughtless policy decisions on the part of the Nigerian government.

Inflation always means an _increase_ in prices. The government is just projecting this year's prices will increase _less_ than the prior year.
