First setting looks like you sent yourself to the Sea of the Damned, second one looks like it summons a mild fog.
I like the calm atmosphere of these settings, it may look foggy but visibility is great

if i do the exact same setting at 50% digital vibrance in the nvidia control panel it looks less vibrant whats the reason for that?

No diss, but are you sure you're not partially colorblind? It's cool how you've found ways of tinkering with the settings for different color vibrancies, but this is just overpoweringly blinding; and everything is very orange.
Turn down the setting to 0.5 and then it won’t be :)
