When you charge as oni you have little window with increased controllability of turning, like billy has. He started his charge second time behind the wall and probably was in that period. Also it can be simple turn with both mouse and keyboard bind to reach maximum turning, and it looked like that because of some lag or desync
Having a slug die should be minus 0.5 hook stages so players want to hook and slugging without having a punishment just allows killers to play super boring. Other tournaments and creators do it when they host. Just a suggestion!
