Ingredients for the quick cream cake:
2 eggs
90 grams of sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
some lemon paste (or lemon zest)
75 m mineral water
60 grams of sunflower oil
125 grams of flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
250 grams of cream
16 g vanilla sugar
1 pack of whipped cream
250 g sour cream
270 g apricots
Decoration: vanilla/cinnamon sugar

Der Kuchen sieht sehr lecker aus. Was könnte ich anstelle von Schmand nehmen, ich kenne das nicht, bin aus der Schweiz, wahrscheinlich gibt es ein anderen Namen dafür.
