    "1979 or 1980 so, older than me." That hurts my soul, kid, lol. That dog thought you were paparazzi, LOL great fun, looks like a great day man! Keep having fun with that camera. Kodak still makes that film about 20 minutes from me on the northwest side of Rochester New York :-)

      You know, I was thinking about that the other day. A film yt channel toured the factory. It's awesome that it's still made here.

      I know I've already mentioned it 20 times, but you killed this filming job, for real. It's awesome.

    My fav was the candid of Allison. The parking lot with the mural painted on one side that went into a corner of another building was great. That doggo did not like you but the camera loved him! All great pics.

      Al is an incredible subject. She's super photogenic and takes direction really well. You should definitely check out her channel if you don't already...
      I'm glad you liked the mural one. I liked how many lines are in that picture. It was an interesting view to me.

    So many feels. Loved the editing of seeing you shoot... and then the shot. The red car was so classic. This content is highly enjoyable.

    Enjoyed watching this Colin. Your portraits of Alison were lovely and the Kodak Gold gave great colours. I hope you make more videos exploring film photography. I’m eagerly awaiting a refurbished Olympus Trip 35 and intend to shoot a similar kind of video here in Townsville. I guess we’re being inspired by the same stuff at the moment! Take care bud.

      You, too my man. We should see at some point about doing a film exchange if there are films the other cannot get...
      I'm really excited for your trip 35 videos. That's an awesome little camera. I'm awaiting my 3rd and 4th rolls of film to be scanned as we speak, so maybe those will hit the IG in the next weeks. I'm having so much fun shooting film, I've gotta say and I know you will as well. It's funny how similar you and I have been over this YT journey, ya know?

      Colin Bloodworth that sounds like fun! Yeah there are a lot of parallels...maybe we’re both products of the algorithm 😜

    How very cool...and creative. The pizza reminded me of the "chicken strip" at your workplace. That made me chuckle. Why not live on the edge in regards to the parking meter...what's 1 minute!!

    • @ColinBloodworth
      @ColinBloodworth  6 років тому

      I love whenever someone mentions the old chicken strip. I checked yesterday and it's still there LOL.
      You'd be surprised-- the Portland meter cops will stand by a car and wait for parking to expire. They're intense.

    • @cathyp8720
      @cathyp8720 6 років тому

      Now you have me thinking about parking meters. I live in Panama City Florida...really I live in Lynn Haven, which is right by PC. Anyway, I don't recall seeing any parking meters in the area. Hmmm, I must go on a quest.

    Straight up, you should sell the print of 1:55. I feel like there's a metaphor in the older car on film with newer cars in the window reflection.
    Also Allison looks bomb in all of her shots. Why can't I be Allison. 😂
    Actually, you should just do more of these, this was incredible.

    • @ColinBloodworth
      @ColinBloodworth  6 років тому

      I will most definitely be doing more of these. I can't get over the car shot. It came out perfectly. Yeah, Allision is pretty perfect.

    Planter box chicken strips > electrical wire pizza. Beautiful video, wishing we could have been on this walk with you guys.
    The red car turned out amazing and I also really enjoyed the shots at 5:28 and 5:49. Great work dude!

    HEY do you develop your own film? Nice pics! Think I am going to get this cam I've been living in the world of manual focus and its very tricky to capture great moments

    • @ColinBloodworth
      @ColinBloodworth  4 роки тому +2

      I develop my own black and white but I send my color to a lab. For casual shooting I scan my own color, but I let the lab scan the color rolls I want to print.
