Indian Hell Rider.... I saw this vdo twice to come to any conclusion. U r not to be blamed. I own a car. Whenever I have to go on road from siding, 1st I will give my indicator. 2nd wiĺl wait & watch for oncoming traffic.. Slowly I will enter the main lane with caution. Then only I will make my move. That car guy did not take these steps.
The etios guy was overtaking a stationary car, you can clearly see it in 2:52 and at that moment his car is 80% in the middle lane although he should have indicated which he didn't, so his is at fault here too. But you are at fault too, you just followed the wagonr too closely and over took the auto from wrong direction just like the wagonr did and then again tried to overtake etios , had you maintained a safe distance from wagonr you could have avoided that. Lane splitting is not good, you have to understand that cars can't change directions as fast as bikes can. Etios guy is less guilty than you are. That blindspot was due to you tailgating the wagonr, next time maintain a safe distance. Hope you are okay, be safe and live to ride another day.

At 2.35 you did the same.. while the bus was turning, you did not slow down one bit.. a bus is much higher and its windows are much higher, so anyone in a vehicle seated below the window height level of a bus can not guess whats ahead.. same is with autorickshaws which dont even have windows through which vehicles behind can see somewhat ahead on road We must take into consideration these points while riding We should try to carry less momentum while overtaking such vehicles unless we have a clear view ahead Watch how you carried so much momentum behind that bus without the knowledge of whats ahead of it (@2.35)

I still get very scared driving on Indian roads especially on highways where motorcycles zoom out of nowhere. Nobody actually uses turn signals and lane driving does not exist. overall analysis of the event at the very begining of the video the rider can be seen talking with himself the rider can be heard talking about the lady who was in nano car and then there came a comment about the monetary amount of that car, but as the journey continues he is again spotted to comment in other vehicle. ahead in the journey the rider is trying to speed up again comfortably then he is seen trying to overtake the overtaking WAGNOR taxi and that is where rider is seen becoming the victim of the accident. THE BIG QUESTION WHOSE FAULT IT IS? now it is normally advised to overtake the car from the passenger front or the right side, but if your are living in india then there is one RULE that is no rule. the person whose side mirror was put to ashes has no blame to share because he can easily say he had to stop because he was stopped by the other person in the front, and that is the most basic reason he can give, also he was also seen joining the main lane but the bike rider was seen overtaking the overtaking WAGNOR and thats where he made a traffic oversight. so, all in all it the bike rider who is at fault not the car driver. But he argument was won by the biker rider in all MACHO style. we live in a country where the voice of dissent if raised is put to rest by a voice much more heavy with the power of rifle, gun and wealth. so if the rider of the bike is listening and reading this comment he should understand that there are people like me on road as well whose vehicle is driven by a trained driver who know how to act on these situations and if there comes a necessity of firing a weapon to stop the noise then we are willing to do this and that as well. my only suggestion to him quit driving your bike because even if you are driving a bike and god forbid there is an accident, even if its not your fault, you will be charged and god knows what the other person is upto he might be drunk or just a criminal on loose.
Both faults, if the car is changing lanes he must wait in his own lane so that the next lane is empty. He should not block the other lane while waiting. However, you must slow down too.

at the very begining of the video the rider can be seen talking with himself
the rider can be heard talking about the lady who was in nano car and then there came a comment about the monetary amount of that car, but as the journey continues he is again spotted to comment in other vehicle.
ahead in the journey the rider is trying to speed up again comfortably then he is seen trying to overtake the overtaking WAGNOR taxi and that is where rider is seen becoming the victim of the accident.
THE BIG QUESTION WHOSE FAULT IT IS?
now it is normally advised to overtake the car from the passenger front or the right side, but if your are living in india then there is one RULE that is no rule.
the person whose side mirror was put to ashes has no blame to share because he can easily say he had to stop because he was stopped by the other person in the front, and that is the most basic reason he can give, also he was also seen joining the main lane but the bike rider was seen overtaking the overtaking WAGNOR and thats where he made a traffic oversight.
so, all in all it the bike rider who is at fault not the car driver. But he argument was won by the biker rider in all MACHO style.
we live in a country where the voice of dissent if raised is put to rest by a voice much more heavy with the power of rifle, gun and wealth.
so if the rider of the bike is listening and reading this comment
he should understand that there are people like me on road as well whose vehicle is driven by a trained driver who know how to act on these situations and if there comes a necessity of firing a weapon to stop the noise then we are willing to do this and that as well.
my only suggestion to him
quit driving your bike because even if you are driving a bike and god forbid there is an accident, even if its not your fault, you will be charged and god knows what the other person is upto he might be drunk or just a criminal on loose.

Sir the etios driver stopped because of wagonr driver was overtaking him but before the wagonr reached u can see etios was in motion and yes etios was Changing lane bcoz there was a car in front of him. And yes he didn't give the indicator. And yes u didn't get the time to manoeuvre.
