I do give them credit for using gullible idiots to watch their show. Must be nice to never work a full time job and make Millions. Watched a few episodes randomly and fell in love with them, am now starting your whole living off grid adventure from the start. Am really looking forward to watching all your video’s and probably giving them all a thumbs up! 🙂
The yurt kit was purchased in Oregon. They transported everything across the border to Vancouver, BC and then across on the ferry to Vancouver Island. Then they trucked it all north on Vancouver Island (Canada) and on a barge out to their land which is boat access only.
Yurts go on a platform, easy enough to drill a hole and plumb in the toilet and whatever you need. Jake and Nicole go on to show the construction of their Yurt on their vlog. It's definitely a two or three person job but I think it's feasible for one person to do it.
