This is a great step-by-step execution plan. However, after listening to it carefully, I come out with the bitter feeling that such presentations are addressing rather large size companies featuring multiple departments (marketing, sales, advertising, etc). For small 25-staff companies like mine where marketing, sales and A&P activities are conducted by a small number of people grouped under one single "Sales" department, would such detailed presentation still apply and be relevant, or should I look at other video presentation resources?

if you are truly great in positioning you don't need to think of what the market is doing.. YOU create the market.. YOU become who people think of AS being the market/solution.. by being totally the best coolest way to get the result people want Apple never looked at what others were doing.. they created the breakthrough GREAT products that market research would have said was too simple etc

The 'Journey' you have mentioned being Awareness, Consideration, etc., falls under the marketing funnel i believe. The 'journey' would rather be every single touchpoint where the customer has first interacted with your brand until the final purchase occurs.

Love the content. Generally product positioning is done on the unique value proposition what your product offers other than competitiors. In that case is Value proposition and the product positioning the same?
Thanks, Anil! While they are very closely related concepts, a value proposiion and product positioning are different. The value proposition articulates the core value offered by the product, while product positioning determines how that value proposition will be communicated and positioned in the market to maximize competitive advantage and resonance with the target audience.
