I took the Bergen - Edinburgh flight with Loganair last December on one of their ERJ-145s. Nice flight and they served the Tunnock's caramel wafers too (it's a Scottish snack icon). You're right - Bergen is a lovely city.

A small issue I have with reviewers is the propansity to edit out small parts like entering the cabin. I would have loved to see what the entryway and galley looks like on Cathay. Otherwise great trip report. New subscriber.

I am so grateful that I got the chance to fly this plane in early May 2024 on a sightseeing flight over the Dutch coastline (on the same seat - 4 D 😉)! And......what an absolutely fantastic experience this whole package was 😊! But taking pictures out of the plane was not that easy because the windows were unexpectedly quite low - at least for a tall(er) person 🙂! I hope the company will somehow find a way to continue these flights......!

An2 is timeless, it was already oudated in 1939, when he first designed it but it was put on hold due the the war with germany, started built in 1947. china has been building on lincense for along time. it is not as small as people think. i flowed on one in the past, it was basically with the sheeps from inner mongolia to Shanxi

Yup, the reindeers belongs to somebody just like in Finland. Rein deer husbandry has long traditions in northern norway and the way down to Trøndelag. The round trip you took actually runs almost every day (except saturdays I beliebe). This route is heavily subsidised by the government to keep the towns up here connected. The short hop from vadsø to kirkenes would be a 2.5 hour car trip. Add another hour for vardø and even longer for båtsfjord/berlevåg. Kirkenes is the closest hospital for all these places

excellent. made the same Tripoli from Honolulu to Johnstone Atoll, Majuro, Kwajalein Ponape, Truk, Guam, Saipan, Tokyo. B727 Continental, in Oct 1981....during the could war. From Tokyo later on to Singapore with JAL, from there with UTA via Jakarte, Noumea and Fidji to Tahiti. There to Bora Bora and later to Nuku Hiva, Ua Huka, Atuona. From Papeete via Easter Island and Santigo to Rio, my home.

For your miking, I recommend that you buy a headset so that you don’t have to hold the microphone in front of your mouth all the time. Good luck in your flights!

I recently flew with Sichuan Airlines on a domestic flight to Xi’an from Ürümqi - the hard product (food, seats, etc) is fairly average for China but their flight attendants really shined! They were very friendly and proactive with their service! In regards to securing for landing “early” and inflight services starting “late”: many online sources say it’s due to CAAC rules that govern their timing. It’s quite standard that Chinese airlines will prepare the cabin for landing 30 minutes beforehand.

The marketing department of NZ are outstandingly good. *Everything* else on the business side is complete garbage. They are a LCC pretending to be a international airline. This is to be expected when they're run by the former CEO or Walmart. IMO the *only* reason they stay in business is because the average kiwi doesn't have any clue what a good airline is.

Air New Zealand they call that premium airbuds like that is sold in shops here in neighborhood for only $4.99 Fijian Dollar so cheap and Premium classified

No excuse for the uncleanliness, these a320 are workhorses and obviously no money is being spent on cleaning. Maybe they are following Europe's version of business class - no business class seating.

Air NZ operates the B777 and B787 on their 1pm departure from Nadi, they flight you took was a 9am departure which they usually scheduled a smaller plan to operate the flight.

Too busy looking after the CEO to pay for enough cleaners. Found the same (looked like spilled chocolate milkshake up the side of the cabin wall) well set, so had been there for awhile. One of their past CEO is PM and still ripping off the "passengers" to line the pkts of his rich mates.

Auckland/Nadi is a very busy route with both Air NZ and Fiji Airways. Also Air NZ has a regular service to Wellington from Nadi.

I've been enjoying your channel, thanks for your work on these videos! Ever since the onset of the pandemic I've gotten into the habit of carrying disinfecting wipes with me on planes. Sometimes my seatmate looks at me a little strangely when they see me pull it out, but that fades after we both see all the brown gunk that comes up on it from the tray table, armrests, and window blind.
