Good video. Just one thing, sound had some inconsistent spots. Most of the video I could hear you & them just fine, but you kind of dropped down to barely audible on the 2nd walk to the shower.

Great video Chris. I loved it! Was the lake closed because of animal fecal matter? (Please don’t say people) The shower would have been nice. I was ROFL about the house hippo, once I figured out what it was. I watched the commercial. Pretty funny. I’m gonna be on the lookout for them. Did Andrea get the same POS canopy model that VL+ has? It was too funny watching her wrestle the little tent. Those things are aggravating. I thought that was her favorite part. Very sweet gifts. Can’t wait to hear what your van’s name will be. Vanopy? So I missed this part 2, Dinosaur Prov Park looks awesome. The various topography, sandstone formations, & steep inclines. I like how they showed the small dinosaurs fossils too, because we always think of dinosaurs as big. It must have been the Drumheller museum that you showed before, with your mom. Glad to see you’re getting out more. Enjoy!

That looks like fun. I'm glad you're getting more use out of your tent & camping gear. Too bad about the sleeping bag. I've done similar before, going to Colorado in the winter. It's so hot down here in TX, that I don't think I can get that cold again, so I don't bring my heavy coat. So, instead I freeze. I also forget about the icy wind up there. I should know better, since I'm from there. I love the Northern Lights. They are mesmerizing! Hope you had a great time out & about.

Hey there, found you through Matt's channel. I see you're still facing the license challenge and just wanted to send some words of support. I have been trying to start van life for three years now and life keeps getting in the way. For the last 14 years my life has been one obstacle and hardship after the next, and I know all too well how utterly exhausting and demoralizing it can be when you want something so badly but the combination of sh*t you cannot control and the complete mental and emotional fatigue of trying to just take the next step makes everything feel impossible. I've promised myself to work on my van for at least 30 minutes each day, because my dreams and my goals are worth it. I'm worth it. And so are you. ❤️‍🩹 Hope to see you on the road someday!

Enjoyed the heart-warming video. Your mom looked like an elf making those cinnamon rolls, which I'm sure were yummy. We are usually in Colorado for Christmas, which is better than TX, with no snow. Snow makes Christmas perfect!

I love the watering hole, you & Crystal go to, to fill water jugs. I bet it's the best water. Getting away from the noisy city always helps put things in perspective. That was the quietest lake, hardly a sound, so peaceful. Great job!

I love the new fence, you guys did a great job. Beautiful panels. We don't have the ready made panels down here anymore, I have no idea why, they are much easier. After hurricane Beryl, a lot of fences need to be replaced down here in Houston. It looks like it will be a lot of work digging out the old posts & cement. How did the Sasquatch fit into the back seat? I love it when we grow up & our annoying siblings become some of our favorite people! Keep up the good work!

How I wish I live in a place where I can just leave the city and be with the mountains I love within a couple of hours of driving. It's the journey that matters brother. It's how you traverse it. I was so depressed in February and I made it there weeks ago and met all of you. Keep moving forward :)

I seriously thought you were going to hang up the fly to dry and then in a suprise twist ending, instead of just setting up the tent to dry in the backyard as well, you got your bedding stuff out, got comfy, closed your eyes and went back to sleep happily & outdoors. UA-cam musta gotten me contact high. 😂
