Post 1010 is focused on giving high school teenagers a perspective on careers in engineering. We use engineering exercises, robotic and rocket projects, local tours, national trips, and presentations from engineers to develop a personal experience in engineering. We attract about 40 teens interested in computers, robotics, rockets, unmanned aerial systems and technology. The Rockville Science Center is the sponsor of our program. We meet at Center’s facilities in downtown Rockville.
