As a replen member I just get boxes from the conveyer, cut em all open at once and then after ive scanned all of em I walk in a snake fashion towards all the closeby isles and deliver the merch inside the boxes to the appropiate shelves. I do that for 6 hrs and im done for the day. It will get repetitive real fucking quick but its until I find a more high paying career.

I worked there for 4 1/2 years & i never will work at that place again shit is slavery they will work you to the ground and once you cant meet productivity or meet their bullshit attendance policy your gone amazon does everythiny wrong they promote based off of favortism not who can actually do the job and ive seen this with my own two eyes HR is there for show they do absolutely nothing but sit there and when you come to them with a problem they either say sorry we cant help you here call ERC then you call the number and they tell you the same thing they give you the run around until you get tired of it and give up so they dont have to do their job. If you want to work somewhere that values you as a employee dont go to amazon
