I love everything about your video, except where you randomly show yourself with a chunky skein of brown/tan yarn at 9:11, immediately after approaching Anna Flowers. You didn't even show yourself having a conversation with her or anything. I'm white and in my opinion that was completely random with no explanation and seems prejudicial, either because of her skin tone or her weight maybe both. I sincerely hope I'm wrong.
Don't worry, you are sincerely wrong. Anna has made appearances in many of my other videos, so my regular viewers already know who she is, but I can understand how not knowing the back story of our relationship would have felt random. She is one of my dear crafty friends, and I adore her, and she loves making appearances in my videos! 🥰
Oh I love it. Are you going to do a tutorial for it 😍
Thanks! But probably no tutorial as it's not my pattern
@ could you please tell me the pattern so I can buy it. Thanks.
My goal this year was to continue with my UA-cam channel because I am at stay at home wife. which is a blessing but my computer broke and I wanted to start filming because in my area we have lots of markets and I’m doing lots of market prep but one step at a time
Oh man! I would cry if my computer broke, but you could always just record and edit on your phone for now. I actually still just record in my phone 🙊
Love mine!❤
Hey, where did you get the table top that you can put on top of the roll dispenser? That is super cute and super efficient. I need one!
Right!? I love it. You can find it here: amzn.to/4g2RuKt
Just bought a kit!!! ❤
Yay!!! You are the first kit purchase! It's on it's way to you 🥰 I can't wait to hear how it goes!
I love watching your videos every week. The past year has flown by! Started watching you when you were renovating your office. My goal for the year is to move house and set up my office/craft room. 😊
Aweee thank you for being with me on this journey!! That is a wonderful goal- I love having my own space for my crafty stuff!
congratulations on your successful first year! it's just gonna get better and brighter for you, i just know it! i'm very interested in your wanting to use and reuse supplies, and would love to hear how you go about cleaning yarn and stuffing. i have bought many totes worth of yarn from yard sales and such, along with store bought, in my year of learning crochet and now have an 'old yarn' smell permeating through my stash. i cant sell smelly items! hubby suggested selling the yarn and starting fresh with new yarn, but i figure if anyone can teach me how to refresh old yarn, it would be you! i need help. thanks for any suggestions you have or videos you make on this stinky subject. and thank you for creating fun, safe content for us sensitive creatives!
Thank you! And I know exactly the smell you are talking about. I recently saw an IG reel (can't remember who posted it), but then put the sken in an old nylon stocking and tied it off then washed it, so I will probably be trying that method out this year. I'll keep you posted!
Happy 1st year Anniversary my goal is more crochet time and getting my craft room looking more like a craft room and less like a big mess
Haha that goal speaks to my SOUL!
My goal is to finish my wips from 2024....make myself a crochet sweater and cardigan and work on my long list of things I wanna make in general
Love it!!
I love this video and thank u for sharing what u made cuz I seen other videos like this and they didn't tell me what the dollar amount was, I have been thinking about making videos and posting to see what happens and a way to log what I crochet and doing....I'm kinda worried about editing I have never edited anything and I was just wondering if u could make a video about ur editing process and is it hard....just a suggestion....I love ur personality and ur content happy 1 year UA-cam anniversary 🎉🥂🎉
You are so welcome! I’m glad you’re here! I will add that idea to my video list because I’ve definitely had other questions about my editing process
My decision to watch a crochet content creator is based on crochet, personality/presentation, and genuineness. You tick all the boxes. Oh yeah and then there's Kevin an adorable plus. 😸 thank you for starting your channel. Happy anniversary!
Aweee thank you so much!! Kevin is pretty amazing
💕🧶🧶🧶💕
Congratulations on 1 year!
Thank you! 🥰
Lord have mercy, I thought your last announcement was gonna be that you were expecting. I was like this girl is crazy!!! Haha congrats on your anniversary and I wish you all the best on your 2025 goals.
Hahaha oh gosh no! We have no plans for human babies! 😅
Congratulations! Furls are so awesome! They’re the only ones that I use. I’m addicted. ❤❤❤
They are so beautiful!!
I have been loving my furls hooks. Congrats on the 1 year
Thank you 🥰
Your 1st anniversary is on my birthday so I have two reasons to celebrate that day! Happy anniversary! Wishing you continued success! I certainly love your channel.
Ahhhh that’s amazing! Happy early birthday!!! 🥳
Happy Anniversary
Congratulations on a great year 🎉❤ I treat my Channel as a second job as well 😊 I honestly love it. As an ‘older’ crocheter I have a different audience lol but the community aspect is just the BEST! You gave great advice, I look forward to continuing to watch the growth of your channel, all the best with your further study ❤
Thank you so much! And good luck to you too!!
You are fabulous! Make Kevin a bed and I will crochet one for 🐈my Luna cat!
It’s on the to-do list this year!
Do you get paid if viewers skip the ads?
Yup!
Congrats on 1 year!!🎉 my goal this year is to reach 1k on here!
Wahoooo! You can do it!
Furls hooks.. once you try them, there is no going back! ❤❤❤ What a wonderful friend! Congratulations on your one year anniversary! 🎉🎉🎉 My goal for 2025 is just to enjoy my crocheting and maybe, eventually set up a website or Etsy.
Thank you! And I love that goal for you!!!
YAY!!!! Happy 1st Anniversary, here's to many many more. 😊 ♥ I am trying to get my small business up and going online.
Thank you so much!!
Hello from Tijuana Mexico 😊 Happy anniversary!!! I’ve been watching you from the beginning and watching your channel grow!! I’m so happy for you. Your awesome!! 💕I’m also trying with my channel but I need to be more consistent. It’s so hard finding time. You inspired me 😊 also I feel like my videos won’t be good because I don’t have a lot of yarn to have like in my back round nor do I have a dedicated space so I get discouraged 🫤 however I really want to make it work somehow. I got injured and can’t work so I really need to find something I can help my husband financially. He works here in Tijuana but the pay is not good. Anyways sorry for all that lol😊 again thank you I enjoy your videos!! ❤ I would love to maybe connect with you and get some advice if possible. Thanks again
Hello! When I started, I didn’t have a fancy background either- it just grew over time, so don’t let that deter you!
@ that’s true. Thank you 😊
Congratulations on your one year anniversary.🥳 Also, Furls! That lady must love you a lot.😊Hope you achieve your goals for 2025.☺
Thank you! And right!?! So much love! 💖
I like seeing this. I am working on my first video I don’t know if it’s going to work but I’m trying.
Hooray! That is so exciting!
I have a goal of growing my channel! Happy anniversary!
Hooray!! love this goal for you!
Happy one year Anniversary, Tashi! I'm so glad your pain has decreased so you can do what you love. Here's to 2025 with many lessons and blessings!
Me too! haha
You can do it! I watch all your videos! Monetize took me around a year, but I know people than monetiza in just some months. I always watch you while I'm crochetting.
Awesome thank you!
Love this video thank you for the tips. I love all your content, 😊
You are so welcome!
Interesting… my 2 dogs (under 10 lbs. each) can tear up like the best of them! But it would take years! I’ll have to look to other ways.😊
Great idea! Now all I need are two giant dogs ❤️
Haha highly recommend!
Guys get this vid to 2k-3k she took a lot of work to make that!❤🎉
Aweee you are so sweet!
@ thank you!
How long did the $300 cardigan take to make?
FOREVER! Haha I actually have a full video of the process on my channel
🎉
I would 100% buy the yarn bowl your sister 3D printed if you offered it!
Good to know!
You’re making me feel better about my craft corner😅
Glad I could help! 😅
My motto is if I don't use it, I give it away.
Oh I will definitely use it all…. Eventually 😅
I have started keeping all my cut ends and pieces from my crochet projects for "stuffing" and you would be surprised how well it works. I use poly-fil around the edges, and then the yarn ends and pieces in the middle. It works great. 😊
I do that too! Love it!
I love organizing my yarn! 😅 And I love watching others organize theirs too 😄 The last time I organized it I geouped it together by weight, color and fiber. 😁 Love your set up 😊 You can organize the wool yarn in the totes by color too, then when you look in your closet it won't look overwhelming, it'll look exciting! 😁
Great idea!!
Perfect!
this is a crappy ad
Thanks for the interaction to help the algorithm keep boosting my crappy ad! ✌🏼
Your a crappy person 😂
Love your content! You are a joy to watch- so upbeat and cheerful! I appreciate your hard work!!
Thank you so much!
Your enthusiasm for making your space functional as well as your new projects has me inspired to reorganize my giant mess of craft supplies!!! ❤🧶🪡🎨
Yay!!
I hope you make more sweaters, my favorite thing i seen was the bucket hat and sweater
Thanks! I am always making sweaters, so there will definitely be more!
Hi Tashi, and happy new year! I love your plans for your channel and what you’re going to teach and share with us. I’m very interested in what you talked about! Sustainability, mindfulness, stemming the tide of overconsumption. That’s such an important mindset shift for all of us. The crochet kits idea is awesome too! Also, great job organizing your yarn! My teen goes back to school tomorrow, may it be a great semester for everyone 🤞🌈
Thank you! And sending positive energy for a great end to the year for us all!
Being a single gal in 1973-75 weeks recycled envelopes and old business letters, etc at work n at home. I still do the same. Now I quilt using bed sheets, cotton of course n shirts/blouses! Yes research natural material. I am looking into only 100% cotton or linen material.
Thanks for sharing!!
I am not a fan of the repurposing of dog toy fiber for your amigurumi, especially if you’re selling them. Even washed, that is unhygienic and disgusting. If you move forward with this, you need to disclose exactly where that stuffing came from. If I purchased something from you and found that out later, I would want my money back and you would lose a customer. I recognize this may hit different for you because they are your dogs, but for me, this is not a way to be sustainable that I can get behind.
Thanks for the feedback!
