Borderlands meets Eurorack
Running my iPad into one of my synths. It's being processed by the SSF Stereo Dipole Filter. There is a VCA between them. The vca and filter are being modulated by the Behringer Abacus(Maths clone) in complex lfo mode.

New System Idea
Переглядів 3721 день тому
My Zoia Euroboro has always been in a secondary case and wanted to create a system that made it more of a primary module. Mainly for processing sound and also as a CV source using pitch detection. This set up uses that idea and expands on other ideas I have been playing with. Too lazy for patch notes at the moment haha. sorry.
Harsh Saturday Morning

noodling around on some harsher and heavier ideas for my modular. Three Body into a Triple Cap Chaos. Morphagene into Sandevista. Krach into F3DB. Benjolin making glitchy sounds.

playing with a new patch idea. Benjolin is doing much of the modulation and also triggering the Make Noise Morphagene. Benjolin is going into the Zlob F3DB and using it as a spectral analyzer. The envelopes from that are control the Morphagene. The Behringer Abacus(yes I know) working as an envelope for a low tone(Schlappi Engineering Three Body) and slight modulation and the Behringer Chaos(I ...

currently working on an upcoming release with Joke Lanz. He sent me source material to work with. Here is just a little thing I was playing with. Triggering and modulating various samples and sources using the Behringer Chaos, Zlob Diode Chaos, OnC Quadraturia. Sources played with 1010music Bitbox Micro, Make Noise Morphagene and Expert Sleepers Disting. Also using the Schlappi Engineering Thre...

Cool!
those are some sick noises
Great noise! Great shirt!
Thank you

Thank you so much for everything sir Sturgeon!
Basically the main sound source with the After Later Audio Pixie(Plaits Clone) that goes into the Zlob Modular F3DB filterbank and into the Microcell(clouds clone). The Aux out on the Pixie also goes to the Zoia Empress where it goes thru more granular processing and also a ping pong delay. Both of those are modulated by an envelope follower in the Zoia and also pitch detection in the Zoia. The first pathway is modulated by an After Later Audio Benjolin and it's optional expanders using gates to trigger and modulated on top of the triangle and pulse outs of the benjolin. The benjolin is also modulating itself. The Microcell is being modulated by the benjolin, chaos apps from an OnC and NLC hyperchaos deluxe and possibly the Intellijel Planar2. I think that's it. Basing this all from memory while at work haha.
The Zlob F3db is sending envelopes to a various things in the Pixie and the benjolin is also triggering envelopes, one controls a vca.
Care to tell us what you're doing there?
I love this! Not only for the Cat samples (2hp Cat module?) but it shows I'm not the only person on the planet goofy enough to stuff only 2hp modules into a lunchbox! Well done! Bravo!
Let it plink plank🚀

Bizarre and disturbing scene. The men and women in the crowd look like they are being held against their will. I don’t know how to help these people.
I know half of those people & its completely vountary
@@acheleg somehow that is even more disturbing….

Nicely done, dood! Miss ya.
Thank you dewd. Miss ya too.
pcrv was one of the names that got me into harsh noise. happy he is still rocking it old style. no hnw, no cutup obsession, no big art concepts, no modular synths. no screamy metal influence - pure dynamic creative harsh noise if you ask me
Thank you for the kind words. Means a lot.
Noice! Just came back from a bathroom harsh noise set in Rome! Thanks for keeping the scene so alive! 👍
My pleasure and thank you.
This is real noise from space 🚀🔊cheers 🍻
Taken from crazy Mednsss.
Hahaha😂 love it
Love it!
It just started meowing autonomously? So much chaos from a few modules, wow.
Your cat needs a doctor!
Since my cat is unemployed they can't afford insurance but I keep telling them they have options. The condition is getting worse.

Nice sounds!
pleasure to listen it
Wow, I've never seen Jonathon without long hair.
very very nice.
Thank you.
Ooo. Strangled wind and rambunctious substations. We like!
good stuff mate
Thank you
Really cool textures! Cool soundscape!
Thank you
Definitely soundtrack material. I love this.
Thank you
Very cool! I struggle to get soundscapes like this with my buchla modules, I'm not sure how to use the source of uncertainty effectively. Do you have any tricks or guidelines you follow with it when patching something up like this?
Thank you. So this was really the first time I got these kind of sounds out of mine. I'm still learning the source of uncertainty. But for this patch I took the noise sources and fed the quantizedand stored random voltages with them. Put them on a slow cycle and turned the oscillators low. I also have the random voltages controlling the attack and decay of the envelope. Plus controlling various aspects of the oscillators. Honestly I patched it up without any real thought. Hope for the best kind of approach haha. Hope this helps a little.
@@mattaggart Nice! Thanks for the overview of the patch. I'll try some of this out and see what happens
@jonbrouwer4300 hope it works out for you. Looking forward to hearing your results.
It wants. tobe hoked up to the flux
Great idea
Now wtf is that thing?!😮👍
Which one lol?
Dope! Subscribed 👍
Schlap-happy!
GOOD one, Matt!
Love that high freq at 4:39.
Love the highs
@@mattaggart When it hits that it's so soothing to me. The opposite effect of say feedback from a mic or guitar. It's interesting how different pitches can be so close to each other yet so drastic.
Sick
Cool sounds. Subscribed to your channel.
Same. Subscribed to yours also. At work at the moment but looking forward to checking out your videos.
Thanks, greatly appreciated. Looking forward to exploring your channel and making a new UA-cam synth buddy. Keep your filters resonating!@@mattaggart
Excellent track Fluxus! Your getting great sounds out of your gear.
Thank you so much
damn! that was fun
🔥 ron is the man! ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️🎧
u should put the kammerl beat repeat on the clouds
I do have it on the Microcell Clouds clone. Haven't played with it with Flux yet. Thank you for sharing this. Will definitely check them out together.
So sick. The music. The finger pointing. The color. The camera angle. The nuanced sense of motion that the director of photography envisioned and executed. The heartfelt backstory. The eye crossed miasma that is being generated by the AI chip in my iPhone that is generating this word salad. The penetration of stares that will ensure fugue states following viewing this, and the world peace that will follow.
