Переглядів 4292 місяці тому
Using my @MoraknivOfficial Bushcraft Survival and its ferro rod to light up a piece of birch bark. With a ferro rod you don't have a fire as easily as with a lighter or matches, but it is the only one that works even in wet conditions. So it is perfect for outdoors #bushcraft #camping #survival #outdoors #vikings To know more about all my equipment visit my website: gratis-4667051.webadorsite.c...

Bushcraft - Morakniv Kansbol, feather sticks test

Morakniv Kansbol is one of my favourite knives. After years of use it is still performing as new. This is a great knife with a strong blade made with Swedish steel and a comfortable soft friction grip; its blade is compatible with ferro-rod, so you can use your knife to start your campfire in the woods. #bushcraft #camping #survival #outdoors #vikings #review @MoraknivOfficial To know more abou...

Cool!!
Thank you!!!
Nice job, but that some crazy combustible stuff in your bird's nest?
Just dry grass
Good Job!
Thank you!
I used to use flint and steel as a firestarter until it almost killed me (or my ignorance did) when I took it above tree line on an icy night in New Hampshire. I learned the 'I almost died way' that the steel ember/spark, which 100% worked at sea level, does not survive it's jump from strike point to tinder cloth in high altitude, below freezing conditions. I should have brought a hand drill with me.
It is important to have always a plan B to light up a fire!
👍
