SWG 100 SYNGAS Analyzer
Syngas is a mixture of hydrogen (H2) and carbon monoxide (CO) produced from the gasification of carbonaceous feedstocks. Since its first commercial use by the London Gas, Light, and Coke Company in 1812, syngas and its coal-based antecedents (town gas, producer gas, coal gas) have been influential in the development of human society.
A SYNGAS analyzer is a specialized instrument used to measure the composition of the gas produced during a gasification process, typically analyzing key components like carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, hydrogen, methane, and oxygen. This is done to monitor and optimize the gasification process efficiency and quality.They provide real-time data on the concentration of various gases present in the syngas, allowing operators to adjust process parameters to maximize desired gas components and minimize unwanted byproducts.
MRU offers three analyzers, that are designed for Syngas applications. One of them is a portable analyzer, the VARIO lux Syngas. And two of them are stationary analyzers, the SWG 100 Syngas and the SWG 100 Syngas EX analyzer, for hazardous zone 2.
The SWG 100 Syngas analyzer is designed for continuous measurements.And can be used in safe, industrial areas and laboratories.The Syngas washing device.

Why does the oxygen metering cell always damag?
There are a couple of reasons why a O2 cell "dies". What bad experience do you have? Our O2 cells typically last 4 to 5 years. O2 sensors typically like to be active, analyzers that are not used on a regular basis often have more O2 sensor problems than those analyzers that are being used frequently.
