Please do your best to slowly take your brother off all these anti-psychotic medications. I have myself had a lot of trouble with anti-psychotics for over a decade and taking 10-30mg of Procyclidine a day really helped.

This guy here looks just like my housemate. He takes Seroquel for schizophrenia. He is half out of his mind 90 % of the time. Lost all his muscle mass. Has the same roller walker as Eric. But my friend got mean. He is also a Narccisist though. Bad combo!!

It's funny my behavior has just changed.. I upped both mu doses of my anitipsyhcotic and antidepressant they he was take. And I can't eat or sleep and all I Want to do is die

seroquel is horrible it makes me feel like a zombie , and risperidone make me feel emotionless like a robot. i will try quit all medications , best medicine is from nature. I want to get magic mushroom spores and cultivate my shrooms. I took one time 2grams of dried shrooms i was healed for 2years quit smoking tabacco quit drinking alcohol quit my amfetamine addiction i was healthier. Single dose i was healed for 2 years.

I was prescribed for my anxiety depression and OCD , Risperidone 2mg seroquel 100mg , Paroxetine , duloxetine , Diazepam , Lorazepam. I have addiction to benzos and with tramadol for migraine. I quit taking antipsychotics like Risperidone and seroquel , now i take only Effexor Xr 150mg and minimal dose of tramadol , one in a while i take benzos for anxiety. I have type 1 diabetes with polineurophatic pain in legs and take Lyrica (pregabalin) 150mg.

I use Seroquel daily and it has been a great success for me, I only have positive things to say about this drug! I never experienced anything negative with Quetiapine. These videos makes it seem like the person in question would be a completely normal individual if only they stopped taking Quetiapine. This is completely false, this person has severe issues and his demeanor is NOT the result of this drug.

FYI: these medications often depletes vitamins and minerals that can affect muscles, mobility, bones, cardiovascular health, cognition, and moods, among other things. Doctors do not usually check for that. Ask them to check magnesium level, b2, b12, vitamin D, etc. SSRIs can also cause toxicity. ALWAYS READ the insert. ALWAYS read the black box warning. Ask questions and do the research. The psychiatrists I’ve worked with have zero respect for their patients. It’s up to YOU to get them to respect you as a human being.

My finance is in seroquel / quetiapin for 24 years :( he was diagnosed with diverse stuff, current diagnoses is schizzoafective disorder. He is in a schizzomanjc episode now and also put on Zyprexa and quetiapin … I am so worried. He is mixed manic and psychotic for over 3 month now, taking the meds, nothing got better, he is stuck in this clinic, they feed him those drugs. His symptoms don’t get any better. I am so sorry for your brother, heartbreaking story. I am so afraid my fiancé will have long term negative side effects

I just stopped taking Quetiapine after about a decade. I took it for extreme anxiety, and it did help at first. Towards the end I only took a small dose at night anyway, but luckily, suffered no effects at all coming off it.

Taking this drug is the only way that I can be "normal," interact with other "normal" people, hold down a job, and be a stable, calm, and and consistent parent for my kids. So while I know that I need it...I don't like it. I'm hoping that once my kids grow up and become independent, that I will be able to stop taking it...but I have no idea if that will ever happen. They might still need me for support and help navigating the "real world," and my youngest is autistic, and may need to live with me forever...in which case, my responsibilities as a mom might never end. 😢

I take quetiapine 150mg every day. It helps me. My life was a living hell before this medication. Some people need this. There are certain situations that cannot be helped with just talk therapy and sobriety. Some people have issues which can be helped with medication.
