Kindling King, the first kindling and mini firewood specific re-splitter. YouTube first! 4K
I am extremely excited to be the first on UA-cam to run this prototype machine from Cord King, the Kindling King. They sent this out to me as a demo, I reached out in full transparency.
Cord King makes massive firewood processors, up in Canada, they have just came out with this new model, the Kindling King. Prices start in the mid $3000 range.

Little Bit of Everything: Log Hauling, Brush Cleanup, IBC Tote Refill

Doing a bit of everything and then some today, hauling a bunch of saw logs off of my neighbors property from widening out his driveway, then cleaning up a downed tree, and finishing up with an IBC tote refill, or should I say replacement. But as always, a day doesn't go by without some carnage... Bent a door pretty good on the dump trailer...

Trying something new out today, found an ad on marketplace for free logs, I decided to haul off the usable firewood and saw logs out of there for the homeowner to make more use of his land. The math seemed to work out this time, I'm sure only because of the log loader trailer, as you'll see.

    I would want it taller for easier access. I would want the roof larger in four directions. 5/4 floor planks or two foot spans. Wire mesh walls, 2"X 4" mesh. Concrete block ground contact. A front to back center divider. Welded wire mesh fence would be cheaper, faster, more durable, lighter weight and would dry the wood better. The divider could help support the roof and help to rotate out the old wood.

    • @JonesFamilyFarm22
      @JonesFamilyFarm22 27 днів тому

      While most of that would be nice, this is the build the customer wanted, built heavy duty enough to withstand the rest of time, and of materials that will blend in over time to their current area. Also, there are concrete blocks under each of the runners, though it is overkill as they are oak runners.

  • @CliffsideStables
    @CliffsideStables Місяць тому

    An easy way to differentiate the different sizes of IBC toes is to count the horizontal bars of the cage. A 275 gallon has 5 horizontal bars & a 330 gallon size had 6 horizontal bars. The 330 gallon size holds 42 cubic feet of stacked firewood (1/3 cord) when level with the top bar. Tim in northern TN

  • @amandadavis9726
    @amandadavis9726 Місяць тому

    Brother, those 275 gallon totes don’t hold 1/3 cord when stacked right to the top. At the top, they’re more of a 1/4 cord. You’d have to stack them about 15” higher to get a 1/3 cord.
