I'm only there for "The Lion of Sodor" part on what you had to say. Everything else, I didn't bother because I was pretty much expecting what had to be said about the rest of the episodes chosen. Plus, isn't making a thumbnail showcasing the five of your all time worst episodes of Thomas just spoiling the whole list? And onto the subject of "The Lion of Sodor". Edward, Henry and Toby are not really any different than Thomas and they're also just as dumb and unaware as the latter was with them saying "yes, you can have our fish, straw and syrup", only for them to realize now that the Lion of Sodor is not a real lion at all only too late after Thomas left.

I did realise that most of the bad have Thomas involve, bad writing and ruining characters. Despite that, in my opinion at least Hit and Nitrogen try to respect the show and maybe they are rush with some of it compare to BWBA and AEG.

That middle engine episode would explain how Sir Thompam Hatt's reputation got tarnished and how he ended up being seen as a tryranical boss by the normies.

I have to be the antithesis here. I like Bash Dash and Ferdinand. Are they one trick? yeah, but thats fine, we don't need much from them, but they give an aesthetic I love, and its the same aesthetic that misty island gives as a whole being an old rundown operative town. Now I do agree with a majority of your criticisms but not the one about the Jobi wood, I did some digging and the closest tree IRL to it is Cryptomerica Japonica otherwise known as Japanese Cedar, an evergreen, meaning that it's quite easy to grow, and while it being on Misty island is a huge convenient point of the plot, its not unrealistic. I do agree heavily that we need the working crew in this movie, and I have this point from Hit era to present day, it makes no sense for them to not exist in the world. It would have been much better if instead of a raft that was very old and sketchy, it was a barge that seemed safe with a compartment for his drivers, so they can unload and load quickly. On top of that it would have added so much more if after Bash and Dash said "We LiVe HeRe", 3 red bearded men with bushy mustaches and raggedy clothes popped out of the Loco's cabs like "Hello strangers" in some southern United States accent. This would pair incredibly well with the fact that, yes all 3 of the logging Locos are based off of real locomotives, that might not be hard to believe considering Ferdinand is a copy and paste of a Climax Locomotive, but Bash and Dash are based off of Gypsy locomotives from the Bear company in California which used to deliver lumber, much like how the real counterpart to Ferdinand was a lumber company engine from america as well, so them being the way they are is par for what we see from american locomotives in the show up to this point, like Smudger , especially the back woods type. I do on the otherhand wish Bash and Dash had their belt driving rigs in the front of them, like the real locomotives, instead of at the back because we hardly see them and it would have been nice to see them power some of the saws to cut the Jobi wood into beams instead of just bringing back the raw logs alone. I do agree the shake shake bridge and 'ol wheezy are weird and would be fine with them just not being there at all, but the hollow tree tunnel isn't completely out of proportion considering how big some trees can get IRL. As for the rhyming and the shallow characters, I don't mind, its a kids tv show ultimately and I can expect it not to be super in depth, although like Tale of The Brave it is good when it is. Sorry for the essay but I feel like some of these are valid. And I like the whiff story you wrote in your rendition.

Wonky Whistle is easily without a doubt the absolute worst episode of Thomas and Friends. Thomas was so stupid in that episode. Thank God he stopped acting like an idiot in the Andrew Brenner era.
