Arteza has glass markers so you’re using the wrong markers. You need to use arteza chalk markers against the Posca markers

I would love to see Poscas compared to Tooli-Art acrylic paint pens.

The Arteza painting actually looks more Vibrant on video-- probably the color pallette is just way too different

I tried Arteza and was very disappointed. They started to dry after the first use and were not easy to revive. Also, the light blue was almost darker as normal blue, with some green hue. Pink was really magenta. In other hand, I'm neither happy with Posca... the paintings look like shalk and I have constant problems with watery and dried markers. Have not found my brand yet.

The arteza require more shaking if they come out runny like that. I learned the hard way 😂! But there’s just no comparison to them and poscas in general but they’re more expensive. I love the matte finish on poscas. Ya, if either posca or arteza are streaky try shaking them again. Arteza says shake them AT LEAST 30 seconds before use. I didn’t before I found that out and it made a big difference

Does anyone else have issues w flipping the original nib and it not going all the way in? I have the bigger nib (would be a 5m on poscas) and when I flip the original over to use the finer tip, it will not go all the way in. If I forget and try to put the lid on, it ruins the nib. It works ok w the replacement nibs but they’re fine tip on one end and chisel on the other. So they’re not as bulky as the 5m size nib trying to go into the barrel.

I think I will take a gamble on the Arteza pens at just over $1 each and round out my color palette with posca pens. Thanks for the comparison review,

You get better results with smooth river stones, usually oval, and painting on rocks usually implies larger stones and painting pictures on them.

Heads up, For the arrtx jelly gouache, people say that the gouache does not have the pigment code for it. There is a code for each colour and its on the card where there are colors swatches on it. The type is very small that most people don't see.

Lovely video! For a fair comparison of price, it makes more sense to compare the price per milliliter in stead of per tube. Not all tubes contain the same amount of paint. Thanks for making this! Really useful.

I am a traditional fine art artist who works in acrylics. Recently i wanted to add some fine lines to a painting, but felt that using a brush would be too chancy given my shaky hand. I wondered if there were acrylic find tip markers and sure enough I found them. I settled for the Artistro (30) which I ordered from Amazon. OK now I have all these pens when I was thinking I only needed 1 black extra fine point pen! I decided to experiment on some old paintings to add accents etc. I quickly fell in love with them! I had a gift card for Micheals and found a set of PASCO (8). It's nice to be able to make some small changes to my paintings without having to pull out my tubes of paint and palette. You can use these markers over acrylic paint!

I saw a video about blending posca pens and they put the color right on the tip of the other color marker they want to blend with.... after use they dabbed it off to get it back to the right color again! Your video was informative...I have Posca and was thinking about Arteza, but I think I will stick with the Posca!

Great Video. Thank you. I'm looking to paint on leather and don't know which brand to use. I tend to like access to making fine details, which makes the Arteza seem a better choice. Do you know which is best for drawing on leather? Also, if I need to apply a protective coat for either one after the drawing on leather?

Posca will blenda just not very well on paper. cause they are you have to keep them wet, so paper is not the idea medium, plastic glass, something that doesnt absorb the wetness real quick. You need the time before they dry to blend. there is a guy who does surf boards ON themThat reviews them and explains that. he had beautiful sky blends and other blends. I cant remeber his name. If I find the video I will post it.
