This is due to the slightly larger wheels and also the road tires on the S18. The Patton-S is very prone to cornering. But it's all just a matter of habit, I already felt the S18 as part of my body, I still have to get used to the Patton. I think the battery in the Patton will last more km. I don't feel the extra weight at all when riding, but I do when getting on and off.

i like both but i think its all down to a tire that works for off roading as the patton s tire is not an off road tire like the og v14 tire n begode extreme tire as that tire works better for offroad so i cant really say wich is better altho v14 is tuned up for a landrover type of ride were the patton s is more like a 2 stroke ktm but wrong tire if it was down to chosing a wheel on the street out them both then the patton s would be my winner for the city street wheel and v14 for offroading depenting on tire lol

thank you and i use a new dji mic mini but that weird sound is cos its conected to a 360 cam thro bluetooth n it need to be plugged into a adapter for it to sound perfect i got the adapter nowso sounds should get better but ideal for a cheaper mic

@ I have the same issue, I have an X3 and the DJI mic mini. The footage always ends up choppy. Looks like I’ll be investing in the adapter too.

@ yer it’s not good like having to buy extra things be ok if I had the dji action cam can connect up to the no 5 no problem with Bluetooth but once ya get the adapter and find the right bracket to hold your receiver as I had one but had to cut it down with knife for it to fit guy on eBay sending me new one that should fit if it dose I’ll drop you the link for it bro 👊

@@electriceheads369 Thanks I look forward to hearing your audio journey. I’m going to try another method. Firstly I updated my mic mini through the DJI app and I’m going to try and record audio separately on my phone then link the footage with the audio in Sony Vegas. I use a chin mount for my insta so I like the idea of it being aerodynamic.

thank you so much bro and i mention about the high speed mode but i never tested it or activated it altho i was temped lol kendo was gunna test the high speed mode maybe nest time for that if i get the cance again and i ride with same settings too mate they feel amazing for it all especialy the jumps and i got beep at 40-41 mph but i think tilt back is after that so maybe 45 mph at100% battery and 55mph in hs mode thnks for stopping by and i bet your loving it bro i had to give that one back n now i miss it lol what a wheel

thank you so much for the advice i did do the screen shot on the unboxing video and went thro the specs but will deffo add it again i sorta added it in parts of other video of the wheel too and got a dji mic mini now so audio shoulld deffo get a little better just sorted a braket for it and adapter so thank you for the sub too mate much aprechiated

@ the original Patton is fun, but from what I’ve heard the Patton S has more torque. For sure my next wheel is definitely gonna be the Lynx, the Sherman L is a bit too big for my kind of riding, but if I can have them all I would too lol!

@@h2088 thanks 🙏🏼 and yes as far as I know it’s going through some testing for the rating of ip68 that was last I heard but they seem so good in wet weather I’ve had zero problems with it in rain snow ice rain but the v14 I had a problem with not long after having it got caught in rain and wheel come up with error and then wouldn’t turn on due to a wet sensor I’m thinking n bms kept the wheel off n after 2 days it was fine so with or with out the rating I’d say both are a good choice of wheel but shows rating means nothing sometimes but Patton s is deffo a good shout for a London wheel and worth the wait v14 is a beast for off-roading and light jumps but Patton s can do it all two but on them steep hill climbs ya notice the v14 has that more lower end power like a landrover crossed with ktm plastics cheap and easy to work on were the Patton s gets up to speed 0-40mph in like 3 seconds it’s the fasted wheel out at the min for acceleration to 40mph and super lightweight feels so so lightweight but it’s a tough choice you have to. Take bro 👊 😜💪👍 ride safe bro

i have had 43mph with beeps on normaly mode there is a high speed mode that dose 55mph

yes i know what you mean gotta watch out for people on them blind corners its why i always slow down on a blind corner for sure i had a simlar thing happen bk in day on a bike a kid steped out n i was so lucky i didnt hit them so im humbled rider now just like your self bro
