I have just recently got back into classic wow on the anniversary realms. Playing with some old wow mates and wanting to play warrior so I can tank at 60. These macros have made such a difference to my play style. Thanks for this in-depth guide.

Man this guide I come back to it everytime the refresh servers. This time the shield bash macro will not work. Won’t swap into my shield it just keeps saying I have to equip my shield. I’m using the multi bar right button 11 and have the proper wepon swap macros. Anyone else having problems?

I have a little problem going on and i hope you know how to fix it... I'm currently using your binds and macros but my "/click MultiBarRightButton11" have stopped working... i don't know why though, i can manually klick on the macro/ button with my mouse but it doesn't work when i try to use it with for example my Shield Bash Macro who says that i want to press the "MultiBarRightButton11". and This is only a problem with other macros that gives commands... if i for example put my "smelting" skill on the 11 bar it presses the skill. But it doesn't give me my shield and onehanded weapon anymore so i pretty much cant use any of the commands who have the "MultiBarRightButton11" in it ? :/

The /click macro's no longer work but I found a fix, install itemrack addon, and make your equip sets for your 2h and 1h/shield, then use this line in the macro instead of the /click script: /itemrack equip (set name) then just update the itemrack gear sets with each new piece of gear and you never touch the macro's again. You can make all of the click macros work by doing this, just make the gear set with itemrack addon, name it 2h or whatever, then add that line to whatever macro where you would have put the /click command instead. I just did it and works for all the macros.

Make your mouse buttons ctrl and alt modifiers instead of directly binded to one ability, now you double or tripled your possible keybinds

becoming a necromancer and resurrecting this gem of a video to ask a question about the VANILLA(1.12) macros. on some you have "/run if not IsCurrentAction(59) then CastSpellByName("Stealth") end" so whats action 59? spamming this macro on a 1.12 client just destealths me instead of just keeping me stealth if i spam it, so it's not spammable. thanks!

Macros allowed absolute tards to play at a reasonable level and thus ruined an otherwise brilliant game.

Some of these macros promote so much laziness that it's insane dude. People clearly dont even wanna press buttons at all anymore.

WeakAuras is BiS, much better than anything else if you really know how to work with it, and I'm not talking about making a simple cooldown tracker, or buff tracker. You are the one that don't know what you're talking about here, I'm sorry. It is super powerful when you really understand how to make your own auras and customize them to your liking, even without coding is powerful. And you can do everything that addons can do if you know how to code in lua. Of course it's not for everybody, it has a learning curve but it's one of the most powerful addons out there when you know how to use it.

Shield Equip /click is not working for shield wall, block and bash. i have tried using the macros listed but keeps on saying you need to equip a shield. does not equip shield and sword!

cvb and space are tier 1 because you can hit them with your thumb and jumping serves very little in Wow

tbh this is way too much....

for anyone having issues with the /click command, it looks like blizz took out the functionality of using /click with other macros, but for the shield block macro I found a work around: #showtooltip Shield Block /startattack [combat,harm,nodead] /stopcasting [noworn:Shields] /click MultiBarRightButton1 /click MultiBarRightButton2 /cast Shield Block /cast Defensive Stance then click and drag your 1hander and shield to the corresponding button locations in the macro, and that should allow the macro to function

For some reason the StartAttack macro doesnt work when you put the parameter value from 1 to 24 even though the basic attack is on the default action bar You can tell it doesn't work if the basic attack icon isn't glowing red when you're pressing the ability Somehow it only works when it's on the multi-action bars like when you put it on spot 60 or spot 25

Where is the problem of pushing just 2 keys in a row? If you have so many makros you are limiting yourself. There are times you just want to change stances without casting something specific
