    😂 I pee slow and have to go longer than one minute. Pooping is sometimes a problem. That takes an additional five minutes. I have to think about what I have to do. I have to relax my tummy to start and sometimes straining. I don't use my phone. I leave it in my bedroom!

    Dr. Levitt! Hey! I was a patient of yours back in 2006 or 2007. I came to you with a severe depression after experiencing some awful things. But I witnessed what a miraculous turn around you were able to create with my best friend. He had suffered a Grand Mal seizure in 2005 and was recommended to see you by his neurologist. I have to say that it was one of the most amazing things I had ever seen. In 6 months of following your dietary plan, his personality had come back to life. It was just incredible. So I have continued to do my part to spread the word about my experience and the results of using Travacor and fish oil. I even still use your explanation of what an ssri does to the brain. I equate it to a steroid because it doesn't solve the real problem and, in the long run, will most certainly cause more harm than good. Which leads me to my question. I moved back down to North Carolina in 2009. I am living with my girlfriend now who has a 20 year old daughter that's getting ready to be married this year. Sounds great, but I think the pressure and anxiety has overwhelmed her and her fiancé. Which is understandable. However, it has led to issues of depression. And my problem here is that they are using conventional pharmaceuticals to "fix" the problem. Which, as we both know, is not a real solution. I'm trying to find a way to discuss the option of supplements without seeming preachy or pushy. It's weird but now I'm the old guy. The father figure that they don't want to listen to, lol. Could you make a video discussing what an ssri actually does and how these supplements, Travacor and fish oil, really correct what an anti-depressant claims to do? I think it would be a big help to move them in the right direction towards a healthier and happier life. One where they can see reality correctly. If you can make time, thank you. And thank you for opening my mind to the world of nutritional supplementation all those years ago. It truly changed my life for the better.

    I'd love to make this same public announcement, but I have to cool down first. Im pretty sure I'd end up on some government list with the rage i am feeling right now over what this abomination did to my cup of fine, locally roasted, and freshly ground beans, pressed through my aeropress at the perfect temperature. It took me about a tenth of a second to visually realize what i had actually just put in my coffee was straight water and dogshit as the color didnt lighten up at all. It's very hard for me to imagine someone buying this product a second time, even on accident as i did. I will be forever checking every milk product i buy, thoroughly, for the rest of my life. As i age, an incident like this could cause me cardiac arrest, and I will sue Aldi if i survive. In no way is this product half and half. If you live in the US, please stop buying shit like this. If it is fat-free, it is cancer-full, and it tastes like shit. Half and half has fat in it. Burn it off. You cant demand a fat-free fat product. Ill be returning this product when i cool down, just to make a point, as we all should. This is an insane product and the labelling is straight criminal.

    Back fusion 2009. Then had nerves cut 2016. I am older now and had inflammation blood work. When I sleep my hips get on fire to the point I lay right on ice. Also lots scar tissue they say makes it impossible to remove twisted rod. I live in pain everyday. Not much of a life any more. Now platelets are lower and have to be real careful. Thank you.

    I had a right hip replacement in 2015. In doing the figure four stretch, I feel it more in the right bent knee in the hip area.. The left knee is painless, even when I pull very hard on the thigh. So if I still get some pain in my lower left back it is best to do the clam shell bridge? This will strengthen the back muscles and take the pain away?
