What Is the Levels Research Study?
Levels is conducting an Institutional Review Board (IRB) study. We’ve got 50,000 participants who are able use CGMs through Levels without a prescription.
Why does this matter? Levels has all this aggregated and anonymized data from different people participating in the study.
Through this data, we can start to find relationships between things like food logs and the glucose data points that we see in a general population.
We appreciate everyone who is participating so we can truly uncover new insights related metabolic health.

👋 WHO WE ARE:
Levels helps you see how food affects your health. With real-time, personalized data gathered through biosensors like continuous glucose monitors (CGM), you learn which diet and lifestyle choices improve your metabolic health so you can live a longer, fuller, healthier life.

To get that baseline, the key is to eat, exercise, and sleep as you normally would. You can then start to make changes to your lifestyle habits so you can improve your metabolic health over time. How long you use a CGM will depend on your goals and how yo...
How Is a CGM Different From a Finger Prick for Blood Sugar Monitoring?
Переглядів 50День тому
When you take a finger prick reading, that is a point-in-time measurement. Several factors could affect your glucose, including the time of day, when you last ate, and whether you’ve engaged in physical activity. A continuous glucose monitor (CGM) is a continuous measurement tool. This means you’re streaming your glucose data continuously over the duration of the sensor’s life and you’re able t...

She talked WAY, WAY too fast and her screen shots last for less than a second so you can't even look at them. I have watched this 10 times and can't figure out what to do. This is NOT intuitive in the app. Plus there is no way to call anyone to ask for help.

60,000 customers - More than 500,000 CGMs shipped - More than 7 million food logs - More than 700 million glucose points - More than 468,000 email subscribers - More than 200 podcast interviews - More than 2 million annual blog visitors - More than 15 million views on UA-cam I appreciate the overview of Casey's accomplishments. However, my main question is: what have you accomplished for your users, customers, followers, and community? I would love to see testimonials that highlight the real, tangible results your audience has achieved thanks to your efforts. Authentic, genuine feedback could significantly benefit Casey's Levels. Levels offers valuable information about metabolic health, but I believe it could be even more impactful if this information translated into real-life accomplishments that improve metabolic health. The video posted a week ago has only one comment and a modest number of views, suggesting that while the content is informative, people are looking for evidence of actual results from the information provided. Dr. Lustig, you often emphasize the importance of removing fructose from our diets, implying it’s a cure-all solution. While fructose is indeed a concern, it is only a small part of a much larger problem. It's important to address the broader picture when discussing metabolic health. Please keep in mind that many of the issues you discuss predominantly affect those who are less fortunate and cannot afford a CGM or pasture-raised eggs. How about using your platform to help the broader community and the country? Life is short, and there's immense fulfillment in making a positive impact beyond financial gains. Thank you!

Love Seth Godin! Brilliant marketer. Genius understanding of human psychology. Was surprised to hear his comments on early Christianity. Around 23:10. The early Christians weren’t trying to grow Judaism, hence no need to push circumcision. It wasn’t something they dropped to widen their appeal. The reason Christianity grew so quickly is because there were hundreds of witnesses of the resurrected Christ.

In the end a brand is not a tangible thing. You don’t start a brand. You start a business that offers a particular product or service that solves a particular problem for a particular group of people. If you do it right, then you build a reputation that then attracts similar people to your products and repels those who aren’t. Once again, those perceptions is your brand.

  • @Mkngthebrnd
    @Mkngthebrnd 11 місяців тому

Great content. Just wanted to add some insight on the topic of being “on brand.”Let me know if I’m wrong. But seems like you were implying that quality of a production, like an ad, is the main aspect to a brand. If I’m correct in this observation I would have to disagree. A brand is the perception someone has about a product or service. That perception is owned and shaped by the customer and not the company. Companies can influence those perceptions but not make them. Depending on the message that the company is intending to rely their tone, and the platform they are using to promote determines the style of production. Whether it be low budget or it’s counter part. Every company must strategically decide for each project plan to publish.

One question that comes up often and I’m curious how you handle - how do you triage all of your to dos across all the channels. If someone uses Notion, Threads, Figma, Jira, Email, etc. there are potential to dos everywhere. Have you found a good approach to this?

Is tribal marketing what's causing the polarization in media and politics?

  • @paulussantosociwidjaja4781

Yup, we have been doing it even since more than 30 years ago and then seriously supported by the brands several years lately. This proves we come from tribal communities reminding me to my visit to Africa and even till today, we are still having them in some parts of remote Indonesia. Interesting and thank you for the learning with marketing approach from the Guru. I wonder if you will take up: Anthropological Marketing? Just kidding but sure can be serious next podcast.
