Great episode!
He is a true leader . 💯
Dealing with Tyme Global proved to be a letdown. I went to great lengths to ensure that all the necessary requirements were fulfilled, yet I was met with nothing but disappointment and frustration when my account was suddenly deactivated without warning. Sudden endings without proper communication and support cause confusion and leave little room for building trust.

I paid a total of $15,545 while staying at Woodspring Suites located in Pooler Georgia. The day before checkout, I notified the office of my next day's checkout. Due to the temporary manager "Symphony" drug use, alcohol abuse, and her inability to read the checkout notes, she tried to bill my card for an additional day, stating "that the office never notified her of my check out." However, I know Symphony was notified because I was a weekly guest, and I paid the weekly rate. If she was not notified as she claim, then why didn't she try to bill me for the usual weekly rate instead of billing for an extra day? Also, as I was placing the last bag into my car, motel guests and onlookers looked with "Dismay as " Symphony started yelling loudly," You pay me for one more day or I will call the police on you." By the time I told Symphony to call the police, I do not care. The policeman was already standing behind me and stated, "Get off the property, because you are a trespasser or I will "Arrest" you." I am standing there saying to myself "a trespasser" I just spent $15,535 dollars at Woodsprings Suites. SMH. Symphony is a drug and alcohol abuser. And, she has moved her live-in boyfriend into the motel. And, she just got stopped by the police with physical marijuana and alcohol in her system. I overheard Symphony say that her "BOSS" got so drunk that she drove her car through someone's home. Symphony is also stealing money from the comply to support her addiction. There is constantly a smell/flow of marijuana coming from up under the handicapped room door she and her boyfriend resides. She has also towed guest cars who have lived on the premises for a year or more.
My job transferred me to Pooler, Georgia for a new position training. I moved into Woodsprings Suites on Sunday, October 11th, 2021. Woodspring Suites is a Choice Hotel. At that time I registered using my bank card. Doing my stay at Woodspring I used "FOUR" different bank cards. Without my knowledge, "Symphony" saved all of my bank card numbers. Without delay, every Sunday at 9:00 a.m. I went down to the office and paid for my room. At this time I never signed any authorizations for Woodsprings Suites to "DEBIT my bank cards. I "VERBALLY," told "Symphony" "NOT" to automatically bill my bank cards, since I pay on time every Monday. Without my permission, on several occasions "Symphony" deliberately billed "VARIOUS" bank cards I have on file with Woodsprings Suites. Sometimes it's two banks cards being billed within one week. During my last week of stay, I went down to pay the so-called weekly rate, and "SYMPHONY" told me she had locked me out of my room and I would not be ALLOWED back into the room unless I sign giving her permission to AUTOMATICALLY bill my bank cards. Originally I had a contract until July 2022 for $42.00 dollars a day. For a "FEW" residents, within sixty days the rate went up to sixty dollars a day. Symphony originally told me that I would receive a refund for the overpayment. And, she stated since "I have been at Woodsprings Suits for six months my weekly rent would be $290.00 a week including taxes. However, I never received any refund, only increases. The rent increased to $425.00 for me. No one is paying the same weekly rate, and adult guests, animals, and room-sized do not matter in room rates. I never receive the full tax benefit. She is also charging different weekly rates for residents who smoke or sell Marijuana to her. Some couples with two beds and two dogs pay less than $308, but those are the people who smoke marijuana on the premises. For OVER SIX WEEKS I have tried to reach the CORPORATE OFFICE to report the illegal activities such as multiple PIT BULLS running around the premises without a leash. I only received "ONE" room service in SIX Months, and the housekeeper "TOOK" all my WALMARTS towels and the motel could only locate three towels. Due to the broken contract, I have to drive 53 miles to work and 53 miles from work. SMH! In addition, Symphony and her boyfriend have "Fist Fights" in the room, and as a result, the boyfriend was jailed. Also, she smokes "MARIJUANA" with residents. She broke the lock off her room window so she can blow marijuana smoke out the window. She also has lite candles in her room window. Symphony needs "DRUG TESTING." There is always marijuana coming from under her door. She is stealing off residents' bank cards. And you will see, she is a big liar.
Great interview with amazing tips.
Glad it was helpful!
Managers are getting burned out from working so many hours trying to take care of the guest and what employees they do have.
I'm going to try and push this out there. This is one of the most honest and professionally responsible conversations I've seen in the hotel sphere during lockdown, vs all the "push to reopen" think pieces.
Very good interview!
We cut trash service completely, along with employees doing landscaping, instead of contracting. This was done in summer 2019 during "GOOD TIMES" so what now?
"...for the most part"; thanks J. Cataldo for your honesty I have never heard anyone ever tag that qualifier onto that BS banker's lie before.

Medical use of hotels will likely be at the city and county level. Local county temporary/transitional housing program may administer this near you.
The last EIDL loan/debt from CA wildfires was directly funded by SBA (treasury?) with no servicing bank. The currency was deposited directly to business checking. Currently payment is made at pay.gov.
