I'm 30 and got into politics after my dad plonked Dan Hannan's book 'Why Vote to Leave' in front of me. I stumbled across Hitchens on UA-cam some years ago and read his book The Abolition of Britain. I have to say Hitchen's is right about almost everything. I lived near Nicky Payne, initially she was another young mother to talk babies with now and then, but became a friend. I'd not long moved away by the time she disappeared, and have thought about her many many times over the years, Nicky absolutely adored her son- it was never in dispute that something really bad had happened to her. Still no real answers though, and its 29yrs in December. 😢xx Edited to add: I was almost certain that Fred and Rose West's daughter Heather was shown in the UK version originally, (and maybe other victims of theirs too!) Now obviously it would have been understandable for those pictures to have been removed, just like the pictures of victims of Ivan Milat were removed from the Australian version, but I'm wondering if anyone else has a vague memory of Heather West's pic originally being in the UK video, or whether I imagined it. It is possible I did as Heather's picture was shown a lot on UK TV when Fred & Rose were arrested, and it was always the one same picture...
