Note - when I lock my car the door always gets jammed again I avoid this by leaving it unlocked this should only be used as a temporary fix until a new latch can be bought. Disclaimer ,I am not responsible for any damage done to your vehicle.

i have this in touring E34 530i touring executive. Yes small displacement v8 revs so nice, its not as powerful as the 540i but its a lot of fun to drive
I love it.I won't drive mine with any vigour while raining...I consider myself very lucky after a near crash. For some reason I was having fun with dsc off....did a perfect 360 and didn't hit anything.I love my 2000 540.it was dinan stage 2 when I bought it.it's a fast 4dr.you also gotta have balls to push this car !mine will go at least180...I know that for a fact ....never again.scary thing is if I was on say a salt flat or longer straight away it would have gone faster....it was still winding up!

Problem with this technique is if your door has its panel still and obviously the door is stuck shut u cant do anything 2 that latch
It’s a bitch but most panels will come off with door shut
