Once again this is by far the best Rugby Commentary show out there.
@@solvang1870 thank you that’s very kind!
As a Saffa, this is by far the best rugby podcast out there. Well done you guys, fantastic work.
@@christianloots495 wow thank you! glad you are enjoying!
The only social media team that (at least in 🇿🇦) has access to game clips for Reels and TT and FB Reels is Supersportrugby. Supersport is the main broadcaster here in 🇿🇦 and they have separate social media accounts for different sports and since its a part of Supersport they have easy access to clips and stuff and they can generate hype with historical clips and highlights. We get HT and FT scores within minutes of the game. TRC admin should give their account to Supersport since our admin is properly trained for social media and them they'll have easy access to historical and recent game clips.🤷🏻♂️

Love the show. Just stumbled accross it. The question is where would a SA boy find a girl that knows so much about rugby in Auckland. Keep up the good work and looking forward to the weekends matches. Sure the AB's will bounce back and go the Bokke.
@@rynovolschenk5150 I’m sure there’s plenty out there my friend 😅 huge weekend incoming!

Great listening to your insights. Expect Joe to motivate the guys like never before, I believe Oz will be up for this encounter in a big way. That compounded with ten new caps presents the promise of a mouth watering prospect. Rassie knows that he has an embarrassment of riches ito talent. In my opinion he’s giving some of the young guns a chance to step up for the next four years. Just my 5c. With regards the NZ game, Razor finds himself in a somewhat unfamiliar territory. Commenting after the game that some of the players didn’t execute the game plan could be a cause for concern. Thanks to tequila, the Argies will be without the inspiration of Creevy. My heart says Arg but my head says that ABs will be back with vengeance. We’re in for a good weekend of tight rugby. Enjoy.
@@robvandenheuvel128 thanks Rob!
We’ve got South Africa right where we want them. Genius deception from razor 😂
Your razor will find test rugby not as easy as super weaklings😂😂
@@BraziwiSteve playing the long game 😅😅
W hat I wonder is, if the South made a team like the British & Irish Lions....How many AB's and Wallabies currently would be chosen? A team like that would mostly consist of an SA and Arg team currently. NZ really have to allow their overseas contingent to play, same as the Boks do. Their best players does not ply their trade in NZ. Same with the Aussies.
All black rugby has gone backwards since the world cup.Razor and hes coaching staff are technically very poor and lack innovation in attack and defence!!! Razor ia going to be a bigger disaster than Foster!!!
Why don’t I hear anyone from NZ talking about trying to get Tony Brown back to NZ?
@@JohnN-yu8kr that aint happening bro Rassie has him till next WC atleast this is professional he is a long term investment is Springbok rugby and he would have known that before excepting the job
Razor has nine coaches already. Find your true inner being coach and so on. 😂
Tony abandoned ship and chose a rugby environment that fits his innovative approach...he and Rassie fit like a glove....Razor is finding out that SR isn't as hard as test rugby...and that SR isn't what it was....players playing in URC and Euro cup last weekend in both teams out muscled and out lasted SR players....URC and Euro cup/champions cup players are more physically and mentally tough🤷🏼♂️
Aussies have a good coach and some good talent...they should be okay for the WC...they just need to get enough of the young talent playing with the good experienced players.
Nick white is the aussie DEI pick
Razor needs to cut his hair
Agree he needs a fresh style 😂
New Zealand is playing Super Rugby to prepare for test matches a comp with only about 15 Rounds +3 knockout games all Blacks are constantly getting rested in the few games they can play same with Australia at least they don’t rest as much guys but basically every other good team are in the European triarchy and Champions/Challenge cup with at least 18 rounds but can be a lot more plus knockout games in the base comp + at least 4 more in the euros but can go up to 8 and the South Africans are also playing currie cup like I don’t understand how you got it into your guys head that less games is a good thing outside of tests how many tough games are you playing like 5
SA would be rubbish if they only played the Aussies. NZ doing ok considering they play in such a poor short league
Aus and NZ made their bed...SA found some financial backing and joined a comp that is more physically and mentally tough, learning to play clever rugby....and it shows in the Argies guys too....SR is weak...and it shows in Aus and ABs. Argies to pull off the double.
On Tony Brown, I think he would have done himself an injury in his hurry to accept a job in NZ, but don't forget that he also spent some time in SA as a player and purportedly enjoyed his time in Durban. I remember him on the Breakdown after the 'Boks won the WC in 2019, he said that he believed that all SA needed was a good coach and they would be almost unbeatable. Rassie deserves heaps of credit for being able to assemble a team of coaches to attend the team of players that he has already assembled. in less than 10 years he has taken SA rugby from a group of 20 odd quality players playing a dour and disjointed game to a national team that could possibly have 2 teams in a WC semi final weekend.
Full of yourself. 😮
@@nepiahemopo1702 Me? I had nothing to do with it.
Facts! 😅@@nepiahemopo1702
You are wrong. The Boks had to win. If they lost, they would've lost their world ranking to Ireland. The score doesn't really reflect what happened on field. The Aussies actually really tried hard and considering the Boks left 3 tries out there, they did well.
True, But the Australian defence has to be the one the worst in world rugby
All Blacks fans must feel as confused as a Polar bear in the middle of the Amazon jungle 😮
I'm pretty pumped to see how Joe approaches the Boks, but you're right-if the first couple of games are damp squibs, tuning in for the second test might be less appealing. An NZ-Boks match at Eden Park/Loftus would have been the right call. The Six Nations never "saves the best till last", and as we saw after the fairly one-sided France vs. Ireland game this year (billed as the final that never was), what was expected to be a walkover in England vs. France/Ireland turned out to be the most hyped and enthralling matches of the competition. Italy deserves a shout out too!
Not 2 times..... 4 times and back to back 🏆🏆🏆🏆🇿🇦👍🏼
As a South African listening to how much that drop kick win meant to the Irish I realise how good the Boks actually are. We are the benchmark. We have it pretty good right now regardless of a one point loss.. 🇿🇦
I'm from Ireland, the lad that is Irish talking,is a melt with his fake accent, never heard as much vomit in my life
N. Zealand where just a little lucky that B.Barrett had one of his greatest matches of his distinguished career He was absolutely OUTSTANDING as he nearly single handedly saved the ABs Eden Park record Both tests where really fantastic to watch So iam very optimistic for the future of England As for N.Zealand im thinking it's more players getting used to new coaches and ideas Rather than an actually team in transition Almost all of the ABs players are old heads at test rugby While Most of the England squad are actual new caps with most having 10 caps or less Also lets not forget the two tests concerning Ireland and S.Africa The intesicty in that second test was off the scale With BOKKE players actually getting out muscled and beaten up How often do you see that happen Irish indiscipline almost cost them the match with them giving a string of penalties away But justice was done in the end with those two drop goals Going to be some clash between N.Zealand and S.Africa in the Rugby Championship As for the two Australia v Wales tests They went as i expected As that has to be the weakest Welsh squad i have ever seen tour Waren Gatland i feel has used this years 6Ns and the summer tour to look at virtually all his young talent and didn't really care about the results Only performance Which was sketchy in my humble opinion We will see a very different Wales this autumn i feel

Agree with the N.Zealand v England test will be a very intense and close match I however think England will just nick a win here by 3 It might be just wishful thinking But i do feel England haven't really clicked yet andthey are very close to doing so.The S.Africa vIreland match will again be a massive match But i did feel that the BOK where just a tad lucky and got that little bit of luck in last weeks victory Also Ireland didn't play to their best and had two tries disallowed for what i thought where dubious reasons So i going for Ireland by 10 When it comes to Australia v Wales well i just cannot see Wales getting any kind of victory here They where outplayed by what was a scratch team last week So i just cannot see Wales being any better so Ausralia by 12 this week Also like the chat and the different prepectives you provide As for the Tonga v Italy math It has always been difficult to play in the islands hard grounds high heat ect I do expect Italy to win this week after squndering alot of penalties against Samoa So Italy by 12 Also agree that Scotland will crush Canada by 30+ points Japan will also just have to much for Georgia [and yes Richard Cockrill is their coach] so Japan by 5 Argentina v France will be interesting but i still feel that France will be just that little bit to strong overall so will win by 7
Quite surprised by ABs supporters not rooting for the other Hemisphere teams when they're not playing...it's in reverse for Boks supporters as we always root for Southern Hemisphere teams😮

Feel like you guys have perfectly filled a gap in my podcast rotation that I didn't realise was there - loving the regular chats on the international game. For me as a Kiwi, the results right now matter less than being able to see we are blooding the right players, building the chemistry and seeing the vision towards the next world cup. In saying that, it'll hurt massively to lose that Eden Park record to England of all teams haha.
Aw thank you! Glad you are enjoying :) Yeah it would definitely hurt if it fell to the English, but tbh it would hurt no matter the team I reckon lol
Greetings and friendship from 🇿🇦Don’t know why are so many rugby people preoccupied with building for World Cups.I don’t even know if I will be alive in 2027 so I would like Springboks to win every game.England winning at Eden Park.Don’t think so.Only AB’s win there.

Us Bok fans are actually kind of split on whether changing the way we play is actually the way to go because we could be falling for the same trap that got NZ after they went back to back. Rassie is feeling pressure to change because it's successful and it's hard to understand this way of thinking.
@@robinstigling2827 The ABs problem after they went back to back is that the didn’t change and the rest of the world caught up! I think the innovation is super important and will only make the boks better but let’s see how it goes!
Boks played 5-3 against France in the Quarters
@@shaneraubenheimer5728 thank you!
Perofeta proved me wrong and that quick-step leading into the try was masterful. Also, Patrick Tuipulotu will be vital as he clearly is one player that goes through and over the advantage line with his carries, which is vital for turning defences around, counters the rush-defence, and provides backs with front foot ball. Lastly, I'm on board with D-Mac but feel his outsides need time to build cohesion with him as they learn to run off him, run onto, and hit gaps like the Waikato backline do.
I agree with this 100% - Ella
said it for ages Itoje is the one guy who could have been a Springbok easily
Itoje would make the D squad if lucky. I really don't see him as world class
@adrianchetty778 Depends how you define world class? What are the parameters in selecting a world class player . Certainly itoje appeared to noticeably lose form after the Lions but regained it at rwc and since . Performances against South Africa, Ireland, France and recently All Blacks suggest he can compete and be influencial at the highest level
@@patrickchilds2987 put him in a Springbok set-up wrt development and training and he'd be up there with the best of all time. ut anyway it's a hypothetical argument so up to anyone's interpretation, not important at the end of the day.
@@Hrodwulf9 yes your right 👍
oh hello Ella, cutie talking rugby I'll sub
It's so refreshing as a bok fan hearing how positive most of the pundits speak about our new attack as her in SA some of us are optimistically cautious 😅
Leinster hardly sends their first team to South Africa during the URC and they form the bulk of the Irish team, yet all rugby pundits and commentators use that as the excuse when Ireland don't perform. We have to start searching for the real reasons behind the lackluster performances, although one could argue that Ireland finished as the stronger team against the Boks on Saturday.
Leinster players have been playing for 13.5 months straight. Even when you’re no playing you are still training still involved.
Great pod, can give props and say the Algorithm is targeting you because your video last week showed up randomly 3 separate times and glad I tuned in. Its a shame about the delay because of international calls but great insight on both sides.
Thanks so much, and thanks to the algorithm!!
Ireland was one tough challenge and a great team, reckon they will come extra hard this weekend. Awesome chat. Thanks from SA.
They'll be up for it mentally, hard to say how up for it they will be physically given that injury list!
Ella very funny❤
hahah thank you!
Rassie is an asset for World Rugby.
Our sport is very lucky to have him!
Rankings started 6th Oct 2003...after 2003 World Cup.
Ooooh good to know thank you!
South Africa did a 5/3 against France in the World Cup and kept the same team against England.
thank you!
I thought finlay was really good. Just like super season, he got the team going forward, organising the team and pushing pace(liked seeing him getting vocal a bit there). Saw a lot more pick and goes tho 2nd half - which is a good tactic i think to push the english defensive line back. Roigards runs off the ruck though... would be a dream to turn that rush defense around. Seems like all blacks havent nailed a game plan against it yet
There were some really good parts of the game for Finlay - will be interesting how he goes if starting compared to coming on in the type of role he played in the first test! Can't wait for Roigard's return!
My gripes with Finlay are just little indecisions with ball in hand.
A GREAT MATCH N.Zealand V England lived up to all the hype surrounding it Both teams played really well E .De .Groot was very lucky to not get penalised for scrummaging up the outside 2nd test should be another amazing match. Also despite S.Africas crowing they where super lucky to get a victory over Ireland One lucky try and two irish tries disallowed S.Africa where definitely lucky As for the Australia V Wales match Well that went very much as expected Wales just dont look international class That is because i feel Gatland is using the last 6Ns and this summer tour To look at virtually every young talent in Wales So not expecting anything from Wales until the Autumn Where i feel Gatland will start selecting his real squad players for 2025 and going forward to the 2027 RWC
