Toungoo was an empire even though it was for a short period of time, but Malacca was not. It was a small port city under Acheh Empire. Acheh was an empire but both Malacca and Majapahit were not. The Western Orientalists wrote history and they hate both superpowers of Acheh and Ayutthaya during their arrival in the 16th century. Our history needs independence from Western Orientalists colonial lies.

Like in other parts of the world, empires rise and fall. It's important not to be too attached to a dark history of conflicts and land disputes. As Asians, we should focus on unity and moving forward together.

During 1044 - 1077, In the reign of his greatness, Pagan empire covered the whole South East Asia, From Manipur to Sulawesi (Indonesia), except Philippines and influenced southern coastal regions of India and Sri Lanka but most of the people don't know about us. Even Burmese people don't know about our greatness in the past. The picture you show at the start of Pagan, those yellow areas in the map of Myanmar were the first and the beginning territories of Pagan empire, it was not the peak version of Pagan empire. Thank you very much for complimenting our ancient architectural marvels. 😁😁😁😉

Most of those empires were not centralized states. The only exception would be the Khmer empire. It was a highly administered autocratic regime with organized laws and governance system, formalized road systems, provincial administrations, healthcare systems, school systems, and more. This is why it lasted over 600 years.

You and your colonial masters, aren't you ashamed to distort history? Although local records of all countries in this area are recorded in the same way without an appointment, and there are also stone inscriptions, ancient objects, and local historical sites that have proven the ancient bones as evidence, carved in writing in great numbers, which contradicts the fiction that you and your colonial masters have distorted, without any knowledge of the roots of the locality, so they overlap both the time period and the place that actually appears (such as Mon, Dvaravati, Sri Kotra, Srivijaya, and Tampraling) in every locality in the present country, by creating a deception and distorting the world for the slaves of the Khmers to impersonate the Khmers. The only thing that the Khmers have cited as evidence is the newly molded plaster or cement. That also shows that ... there is no common sense of any human race to carve to show their own slavery. With the engraved shields of the enemy army in the great castle that he built ... except for the army that stood in the familiar and privileged position in his own city, that is the owner of the castle.

: History of Ancient Mon by the University of London … Contrary to Cambodian history, it overlaps both the area and the time period with the Dvaravati Kingdom. Stone inscriptions were found in Lopburi, Nakhon Pathom, Nakhon Ratchasima and Chonburi, recorded in 6-7 AD. Chinese records that match were found in 7-8 AD. The results prove that Lopburi used the Mon language (not the current Khmer script). There is also evidence of Lavo coins with Mon language patterns. Mon script is in the sema leaves in general. ua-cam.com/video/SyApgkop11k/v-deo.html
