То есть летать эта штука не может, только катается туда-сюда
0:08 what the hell is this?
I'd have named her the "Slam Fest."
This thing looks nuckin futs!!!
That is the coolest looking aircraft ever made in my opinion! It's like a science fiction aircraft come to life.
She has a very Buck Rogers vibe.
Only ever saw one static, this is brilliant thank you ❤
Este avião é de que nacionalidade…, quem fabricou e quais exércitos utilizaram…???
Damn it's tiny! I was expecting AC130 size..
One of the plug-ugliest planes ever built.
It is remarkable to think these machines are now sixty-plus years old.
Is it just me, or are the Brits simply masters at doing ugly?
prettiest aircraft ever....
Reminds me of the Reindeer Aircraft in the movie "No Highway in the Sky".
What a beauty.❤
Ever Loved! 😊 UK.
It looks ugly…😱😱
I loved the Jaguar. Beautiful looking aircraft.
What a huge tailplane.
How's weather in Heathrow s HHHEHHHURY213.63.59.
Should live forever..what is the designer thinking...😊
Love those shoulders!!!
Looks like it could wipe out an entire continent.
Valiant, Victor and Vulcan. England sure made 3 original looking planes at the same time
ヘタクソが作ったギガントのプラモみたい❤
That is a fkcking wild looking machine
Now Britain needs restoration.
I like how alien and organic the Victor looks like.
What a beautiful plane so sad it’s ended up dumped in a corner covered in moss.
So ugly it's beautiful.
I worked on Jaguar as an apprentice in the project office and as an estimator 1980. My favorite in my 42 yrs in defence aerospace.
Realy I like this powerful biggest planes
Should have kept them, improved them and had several hundred.
USAF pilots on exchange duty with the RAF told me they loved the Jaguar.
Great looking plane
Not only is the T.2 the prettiest of all marks of Jaguar, in my opinion it is the prettiest of all fast jets to date.
I agree spent a year running the line at lossiemouth, 226 OCU 50% of the aircraft were T-Birds, Got to see them land daily, never tired of watching them
Puzzled why you'd find the trainer prettiest - but you're right - esp. with that needle nose instead of the chisel of the standard version.
The French variant didn't have the chisel nose either, but the canopy for the twin cockpits adds that bit of symmetry to make the package simply aesthetically close to perfect.
@@LessAiredvanU Which brings us to the prettiest fighter of that era: the Mirages. Never appreciated them at the time - but they're the kind of plane we should have designed.
The Mirage F.1 is very pretty, but looks a little 'fragile'. As the the other Mirages, they all look like a different nose and cockpit glued to the same body in different sizes. Nope, the Jaguar T.2 remains my #1.
If it was a beauty contest the Jag would win hands down - the best looking fast jet we put up there 🫡👍🇬🇧
Wouldn't climb over a Hunter for one 😉
The Jaguar was on the production line when I did my undergraduate apprenticeship at BAC Preston (68-72) I recall the wing skins being shot peened when I was in Strand Road. This produced the curvature but also improved the fatigue strength. Its production benefited from the machine tool investment for the TSR2.
My boss commanded the first Jag squadron to be based in Germany . Of all the aircraft he flew the Jag was his favourite .
The Jag was a lovely aircraft just looking at her, you knew she was beautiful!
Why do we retire our assets so recklessly. The Harrier was a case where she could have continued with great success. Politicians 😢
It was deemed less capable than the Tornado for use in the sandy places . We couldn’t keep both
I think UK is selling some Jags to India currently so they were obvs retired well within service life. Stored at Cosford, maybe?
Looks like something out of a cheap B sci-fi movie
Buck Rogers.
The British love the weird. This plane looks like a pelican 😂😂😂😂
Great to see thank you for the video. I left Boscombe Down in 1990.
Even the moon came to say goodbye
Didn't they do the Loop on this flight?
One of the rarest examples of a piece of retrofuturism that actually happened
Cool plane, looks sci-fi and retro at the same time.
Indian Airforce still using them !
Fantastic and such great quality film. Brings back happy memories of me in my youth at the end of the runway watching these in the summer holidays with my mates.
