Almost sounds like you might be throwing it to hard but I’m only guessing I found out long ago to throw with less strength

I tried it with a 8 ft and followed it to the t! No success at all ,the net landed half on half ! l made sure I was not lifting the left arm and not holding on to the net as it went! No matter what way by this net is thrown - I can not get it by to open fully - pancake - it seems to spring back on it's self!

There is a lot of bad cheap nets that will not open correctly fully no matter how you throw it!

Every video that I've ever watched makes throwing a cast net complicated as hell. Yours is the easiest and less complicated no throwing the net over your shoulder getting wet or sticking it in your teeth kudos to you, my friend!

Yeah, but that is a small net. I have a 124 fishing net. Like I don't think I can throw it like that. Though I had to make AA different way to throw a net like up because it's heavy. But the one you use does this Monet and lie does to make the difference, thank yourself. For show us how through the net, but depends how big it is.Thank

I am so sorry for your loses. I lost my cousin who was as close as a brother and my fishing partner since we were little kids. This year I lost my buddy who I had from right after high school and was the best man at my wedding. Dont know what I'd do if I lost my wife. I'll be saying a few prayers for you. I'm over 73 and been making rods since I was a kid so I look forward to those videos when they come out. God Bless

I’ve been throwing for a long time using a method similar to your description and I’m definitely gonna give this a whirl I hope it works for me too it would save a lot of effort the net is heavy. Nice vid .

So im one that has gone through probably 20 different peoples method of throwing a cast net and i love the simplisty of how you do it. Im excited to give this a try. I just bought a new net and don't remember if its 7 or 8 ft. Thanks for the video. Tight lines.... just subscribed
