I love your views and reasons for not shopping at hobbi lobbi , im not in the states so its not somewhere i could buy from , but i would not give them my money either and im with you on the woobles too , they seem very gimmicky and expensive for what they are .

9:58 being there early is so important because one day I left a whole bag of inventory(half of what I had) and I had enough time to run the 30mins home and back while my mom sat up some stuff and I still had plenty of time to finish.

Sarah, I really love seeing these video updates of your grandmas. Maybe sometime you could shoot a little video with them letting them talk about themselves or giving their backstory. I would love to know more about them! Did they ever work? Have they always lived in New York. It is easy to see that they are well taken care of and your family shows them a lot of love. My dad is 95 years old and healthy like your grandmas. Not many people are lucky enough to get to that age and it is nice to see them enjoying themselves like my dad. Here’s to a happy and healthy new year to you and Ben and Ruthie.

Hey Sarah, I get terrible migraines that disrupt my vision and caused aphasia. Where i lose the ability to speak. I also get weakness in my legs and arms and have a hard time seeing and straight. I have to take medicine to help but I have also found that the theralICE migraine cap saves me wonders i use it all the time for my headache. You can use it hot or cold and it actually acts like acupuncture. It is so helpful my family has 3 caps at my house just so we always have one available.. You should look in to them. Maybe they will help. Jen

I love both grandmas' reactions to their gifts!

My households food aversion is cream of (blank) soups. So many dump & go or crockpot meals use cream soups. I don't mind cooking, but doing the dishes saps my energy. So I try to do 1-2 meals per week with leftovers and a few no leftover meals so I'm washing less dishes and I reheat in the microwave. I've got 1 bowl of korean beef left, and part of a pot of spaghetti left, then I need to do something with chicken and green veg. But if you could find some sort of recipe or leftovers to keep warm in a mini crockpot (like your leftover chili?), it might work.

I know it's the obvious (and impossible) suggestion, but don't buy more yarn for a bit. 😂 Or use 2 skeins for every 1 you buy for awhile. I don't do tons with yarn, but my yarn balls seem to be never ending. I use up like 1 ball a year. This year I loom knit 2 adult sized hats with 2 strands per hat to make them thicker, and it seems like I still have 50% or more of each ball left. How many baby hats can I make per ball of yarn...dunno, I never run out. I need to finish loom knitting a blanket with the bernat velvet yarn, then start me a blanket (that is a test run to see how many balls needed to make a tall person a blanket long enough to cover them comfortably). But living in a warmer climate means I don't want to play with much yarn. Good luck rearranging the stash.
