To remove the tint, I would spray a decent amount of winded on it, and use a single edge razor blade , and scrape it off the glass. I’ve used this method before, a hand full of times, and it has worked great for me! Take care and good luck!

You should do a compression test. Dry first, then with oil in the cylinders.

that hood tells me it's a '61, the bowties are a dead giveaway, it may have been built in '60, but it's a '61 model year. if that is truly a 327 engine is a '68 or '69, you might want to check the casting numbers

I’m glad that the gas 3 cylinder didn’t turn over because it’s very likely that the cylinder could be full of gas and it may have bent a connecting rod had it turned so I hope you put something over the exhaust pipe to protect it and I would drain the oil pan to see if there’s any anti freeze in there in which case all it may need is a head gasket and maybe the cylinders were full of anti freeze and a little heat and some big clamps and a little welding would be a really easy fix to repair that loader and it cracked on top which is the easiest way to weld so my opinion is that there’s lots of potential to get it back in action if I didn’t live so far away I would be very interested 😀🇨🇦
