May I ask where you obtained the clip for holding down the hat?

So I understand that you have to align your crosshairs, but I’m confused about how do you set your marking for the jig? I aligned my crosshairs on my targets but when I set my markings and then frame, it’s not framing to the where it’s supposed to frame..

This helped me so much! I tried engraving on a 40oz Ozark Trail and the laser holder thing kept hitting the handle pieces. It luckily still came out okay, but I couldn't lift the bottom completely level because of that, so it was a tad darker than the top of the cup. I had no idea I could take the tray out. I can't wait to give this another shot with another 40oz. Thank you for this video!

Would it be possible to friction fit the parts together like with wood? Or does acrylic get too smooth when cut? I know you would at least have to adjust for the kerf to get a clean friction fit.

Another great video! I'd like to share a few tips to help out. Here are two things I recommend buying: the RA2 Pro attachment from xTool and a sublimation tumbler wrap measuring tape. For settings with my 20W S1, I use P=90, speed=450, and lines=300 for all my white powder-coated tumblers. When dealing with the slant near the bottom of the tumblers, that's where you want to measure your distance from. I always run a material test with new products. For tumblers, I use half circles and face the halves away from each other. I then run tests until the two halves form a complete circle. Again, great video! Keep making amazing content

I know it’s more expense but the new RA2 accessory saves all that fiddling with rollers, also has self levelling adjustment for tapered tumblers and other things. Keep the videos coming

Also get your distance from the center part of the slant between the upper and lower diameter of the tumbler. This is part of why your lower portion didn’t engrave completely. The laser was to far away.

That’s way too much grease and that should’ve done once a year only.

Great videos! I also have a 20w S1, but, I have not really tried batching out multiple items at a time yet. Instead of grouping, you should be able to "combine" them. Grouping is mainly for moving them all together. Combining makes them "one" object.

Looks pretty good. Bamboo is a pain sometimes to engrave, and get "right" but the basswood settings aren't bad at all. Another thing you can do with bamboo, is run the engrave, then change it from engrave to score, and it will just do another pass to kind of outline the text.

I know the curve on the surface is minimal but would this be a time to try the curved surface facility, just a thought. Keep the videos coming
