Apple IOS is the same. They don't run Android apps. It means that Harmony OS will be using a different set of apps from Android some of which may be in common with Android. I hope this will be a great replacement for the Android apps.

First, it is for Chinese market. Second, to install Android app on HarmonyNext is like trying to install Android App on iOS devices. HarmonyNext is a totally domestic operating system and not compatible with Android.

The thing is it doesn't matter uf they use android for global units as they still cant run android apps cos theres no playstore. Even though u can sideload apps they still dont run aswell as native apps. So yeah bringing theirs own OS is the only sensible option
mi note 10 pro was more intimidating with its 5 cameras ... even more so thaty the main was 27mp/108mp with a 20mp ultrawide an 2 zoom lens an a 5mp macro .... that still takes more DETAILED photo's than anything out today at 12mp ...
