-Know the purpose of your gathering (need and purpose) eg more connection -clear structure /schedule of what is going to happen. Consistency. -what are the communities values, essential agreements -create space for honesty and vulnerability -promote peer to peer learning eg small groups based on something (learning amongst each other) -allowing members to cocreate within community -get as much feedback as you can and be open to constructive criticism. Make adjustment to what they are looking for What are their pain points and what are there desires -lead by example
