Andy was born in 1948 in Ystrad Mynach, Glamorgan, Wales and rose to prominence in the 1960’s as the front man for chart topping teen idol band Amen Corner.
Andy has recorded and performed live with some of the world's most renowned artists including The Who, Eric Clapton, Roger Waters, Emmylou Harris, Linda Ronstadt and is a regular member of Bill Wyman's Rhythm Kings.
He has also enjoyed a successful solo career with 7 albums released over the last 4 decades and regularly tours throughout Europe with his band The Low Riders.

Saw Andy in 1969 at the Dome Brighton along side another Guitarist called Jimi Hendrix, a group of long haired lads called Pink Floyd turned up to add a bit of variety to the evening. Andy knows the music business inside out and has rubbed shoulders with legends with which he has equal standing.
