Hi Tim, great video, thank you for sharing. I a question for you: in the second part of the video regarding data integration, do you have only untreated PBMCs? I wonder if different treatment conditions would show integration that is more variable, something similar to the naive merged dataset, since you have potentially different cells or gene pathways being activated. In my case, I have 3 batches that have different treatment groups in each of them and I am worried about batch effect. Thanks

Thanks for share this kind of talks. I'm amazed with single-cell omics, specially with spatial single-cell transcriptomics. Even if in Mexico there aren't labs that do it, i hope one day work in a lab where they do.
