      @@sanjay0196 great point! I typically would, just didn’t have mine that day. There are some great helmet options out there, especially the ones that have hearing protection and a face guard attached. 👍🏻 I’ll stress that in my next video. Thanks for watching!!

    I didn't know it's all about fashion! What saw did you have to start? I thought you were going to explain that real men don't trust plastic saws with chain brakes.

      @PROJECTLAMONT 2 дні тому

      @@alisaproctor7725 🤣 the first saw was an old Homelite. It’s definitely all about fashion lol, ask any hipster! I will admit that newer saws have pros and cons. Pro.. a working brake is mandatory, once it’s a habit to use it. Con.. plastic, although light, tends to get brittle in the cold and after breaking lots of expensive parts I am certainly more cautious then I would have been with a tougher old saw. yeah for sure. i have 4 batts now. had three but three is really the minimum as i see it because sometimes it's very cold where you are and i noticed that at 25% batt life the craft wanted to behave oddly/inconsistently (2 near fly aways, or so it seemed at the time i'm still a novice). so i return home at 30% batt life to be safe and when you do that you have about 15 min max fly time per batt.

    The more I see spey being done, the more I wonder why it isn't the standard method of casting. There's so many places where you just don't have room for a back cast. As for the fish. If it's feeding on eggs from a pair of spawning salmon, you'd probably have to step in it to make it move.

      @PROJECTLAMONT 10 років тому

      Not sure about GPS locations on the Gopro, mine has no GPS ability....maybe you mean Wifi ? Either way it is with the Wifi OFF and before it's even recording...just when the camera is on...I think the video covered that...everything works awesome with the foil shield though. Thanks for checking out the video! :)

    • @PigWrangler
      @PigWrangler 10 років тому

      I could be wrong, think its the new sony action cams you can turn off the GPS and the WiFi. Seems like a needed feature for the gopro if it has issues.

    • @PROJECTLAMONT
      @PROJECTLAMONT 10 років тому

      Wayne Gassmann The Wifi on the Gopro is optional to turn on and off...this issue is present with it on or off...the camera puts off a radio frequency either way...and yes, it does seem to be a fault that Gopro is aware off but states that it is well within the regulations for RF (radio frequency) emissions...even though it has issued a warning not to wear the Chesty Mount over an Avalanche beacon for winter backcountry enthusiasts! www.backcountryaccess.com/2012/11/19/issw-2012-avalanche-beacons-and-electrical-interference/

    Try using sticky back copper tape ( or aluminium tape ) on the outside of the GoPro plastic housing. It will look much neater and won't interfere with taking out the camera, SD card in/out or charging of the camera etc. Or if you have the patients then open up your 350-QX and line the interior base with copper or aluminium tape, that way you won't even have to mod your GoPro at all. The GoPro's interfere with other GPS signals of different Quadcopters as well, not just the Blade 350-QX.
