I’m hardcore against illegal immigration, but Karla is one of the only good characters on the show. I’m thankful to have been born in the USA and more people should be thankful.

This scene and the scene when Maritza gets deported back to Colombia broke my heart. Little Maritza gets smaller and smaller as the camera falls back, then shes gone. All seats on the plane are empty. Excellent acting. I cried so hard.

I actually loved this ending. It was TOO realistic compared to the other BS on the show.

Danielle's acting here was on another level, the shift from overwhelming joy to sadness hit me even harder than seeing the diploma, I remember exactly where I was when I saw this scene a couple years back and luckily I watched it alone because I was bawling hard.

So even after all this she still tries to illegally cross the border and ends up dying because of it.

Seriously people are heartless .... Leaving her like that. How does that man live with himself after that?.....

Karla was only in the final season of this show, and the writers managed to make me feel sympathetic and care about her from the little amount of time we knew her. This scene heartbreaks my heart every time, especially when you think about the flashback scenes with her and her kids. Her sons’ worst fear was losing her while they’re still kids, and she promised to still be around as they grow up. I really feel bad for her that she couldn’t keep that promise, and suffering a fate that’s very unfair

This could have been my mother, she almost lost a leg jumping from a train and her group was caught by a group of thieves. She made it out of a miracle.

Es increíble como empiezas odiando a estos dos, luego los comprendes y empatizas tanto con ellos, te das cuenta que sí tenían corazón, y no solo se preocupaban por ellos mismos, y a pesar que ella quería un niño, al ver a esta niña cantar, el corazón de ambos sabe que ella era el hijo que tanto había esperado, !Qué hermosa escena!

I know it’s sad that Taystee will never be free but at least the other inmates will have a guardian Angel with her there. I just wish she had a happier ending

I love that almost everything Caputo and Fig did is the opposite of what they wanted to happen yet it always lead them down a better path.

One of numerous scenes in this series that had me bawling. Taystee was devastated by Doggett's death and even before then felt like she had nothing to live for, no purpose. I was so happy to see Doggett get her GED, Taystee was too even if she was grieving. That moment of finding hope that your efforts weren't in vain, that you made a small difference, is one of the best feelings you could ever have.

Pensatucky had the greatest character development. I fooking hated the 1st season then cried when she died wrongfully. She would have been so happy to have gotten her GED. Tastee was by far the best character on this show

karla was boring and out of pocket
