Hey I'm having a bit of problem with my 2003 Honda Civic EX when I step on the gas it's a real sluggish like take off and I cleaned the throttle body and I still don't get the power and the acceleration that I want I don't know which sensor I blown out but when I was driving one of the sensors blew out so and it's like my car doesn't go over 50 and it just stays like in one gear and I'm pretty sure it's not the transmission because when I driving three it gets the takeoff that I want but when I put it back in regular drive it's like real sluggish so I was trying to see if you know like any other suggestions that I should do

How do I wire my sniper x flow and set it up in the software for trans brake so that it disables closed loop and don't flood out my motor BTW this is a turbo setup and has a separate cd box

Great video! How did you remove the cables/wires on top of the valve cover. Some if it go towards the back and dime towards the front and both ends are connected. Appreciate any help. Thanks

Hello i have the engine light on with p0341 code for the camshaft sensor. The problem i have is that the car is hard to start when the engine is hot. And when its cold its never a problem. I dont think its the camshaft sensor problem. Do you know what can cause that issue ?

any news on the red hot exhaust? I apparently have the same problem. should I get the cam sensor fixed but ignore the red hot exhaust?

I’m kicking around the idea of putting my roof tent on my 2015 Ody for a road trip this summer. Normally, I have it up on my Discovery 2 but that’s not a great long-range cruiser. Looks like the rails are rated for 165lbs, which is plenty for the tent going down the road as a dynamic load. I can’t imagine the crossbars being enough, so I’d creat my own for that. Think the side rails would be up to the task?

i had this same problem. I purchased a new TDC sensor and it was bad working. Maybe a couple months later my car was having problems starting. Super long cranks + pressing the pedal. Doesn’t have any issues driving. I’ve changed the fuel pump twice recently and got new spark plugs. My mechanic thinks the TDC sensor is starting to go out. It was a after market one. Do you think it’s the TDC sensor. Is that a sign of a bad TDC sensor?

Nice, I have now watched all your waste gate videos. Been thinking about getting a VSR 50mm OR 60mm gate, goal is to run it at the end of my downpipe as a “boost activated cutout”. I guess the Tail diagrams fit right into these bodies. Anyways, I’ll probably do exactly what you did when/if I get one.

You mean they had a freon can hanging off the compressor and had it in life support like an IV huh? :)

Can you test the wide/short spring and the tall/narrow spring for cracking pressure and fully open pressure? To confirm if they are both in fact 7psi.

That box also contains those 3 little orings?

is the wastegate from turbo for less ? vsr 50mm x50?

I know this is an old video, but If you’re not going(or haven’t yet) to run you’re setup on e85, forget the nitrous unless you’re struggling to get out of the hole. Run it on methanol if you’re iat’s are that high. Have you made any more progress with the truck since?

Did you need to add hi temp RTV to seal the compressor cover? Or did the bolts have enough clamping force on the metal to metal surface to seal it?

Hello, I just acquired and took mine apart and noticed it had two washers between the valve stem and the diaphragm. I removed them as it allowed the fire ring to actually be compressed into the gate and installed. Not sure if you found any in yours but just figured I would post this in case anyone else had an issue with the fire ring not seating

Because if you noticed break clean for some reason isnt the same break clean we know. All break clean is non flammable now. The newer break clean is oily its self. What turbo/s are you running?
