Hello Gambit, I've been a fan of your videos for a while now. I already know Python code and want to start learning to code in Godot. Do you have any suggestions on how I could begin? Whether it's a really good UA-cam video or another resource, I'd appreciate any recommendations. Thank you!
There’s a lot of similarities between python and Godot, so it shouldn’t be too difficult to adjust. I think you should start by learning very basic things like how to move a character around. Build on it one small step at a time. If you get comfortable reading and learning from the documentation, you can do just about anything. Learning the software itself may be very difficult too. There’s a ton of menus and windows and it’ll probably get intimidating. Just try to stay patient and learn at your own pace. I never watched a brackeys tutorial, but I heard he’s really good and he just made a couple Godot videos

The only thing that would make it cooler if there were points and upgrades but really cool game
You made this way to difficult than it had to be
you can either make your sprite follow your hitbox or if you want it packed in one just switch to the hitbox, once your done with collisions you can switch the costume to the actual thing you will see on screen, there is one more way but its a bit complicated

This game has lots of potential on mobile. You could make something like super toss the turtle, but with your snail.
I’ve never released anything for mobile, but I agree it would be very good for a mobile game. Hopefully some day I’ll be able to!
