Andy
I remember when she was sunk and played on her side..They tried without success to right her. It took a hurricane to right her..
Real wreck it's a spirit of history. Artificial wreck it's a nothing but metal scrap. But nice footage 👍
Your breathing is on point. Slow inhale and exhale
this is good footage nice views
Thank you for the respect you showed to Ole Glory!
OMG this video is insane beautiful. Thanks.
Hey thanks Frank, appreciate the kind words!
@@johnandersen7271 i want too do that snorkeling ?. .
my dive today just got canceled because of the weather so sad
Nice
I can see that you stop to share things about mangrove forest. I hope you are fine and I hope you are again going to share mangroves more mate
I haven't dove this wreck since 6 months after they sunk it and it was on its side. Great to see all the growth it has now. Great video!
Hello, thank you very much for this beautiful film ! Best wishes ! Jean-Charles Bourquin
Nice video. When I was in the USMC, I served on that ship for a short time in 1969 when she was based at NAB Little Creek, VA. I was at Embarkation School at the time, learning how to load ships. Diving the Grove is one of the things to do on my bucket list now.
Lovely video
Beautiful video :)
May I ask what camera you used to film this? Any type of filter?
Just dove there in October 2018 and loved it, probably my favorite dive of all time. Saw so many barracuda and got some great swim through opportunities on the wreck. I hope to go back one day.
I’m about to dive this tomorrow morning and I’m so excited. I’m from LA so it’s gonna be one of those rare dives!
You need a new light, it is too hot.
boring
You boring
the life of a fish must be so boring. they don't even have paws.
@@reidsadventures i want too do that snorkeling ?. .
Great video! thanks for putting no music!
Hello, I wanted to ask you if I can use this video for my school project about the importance of mangroves ?
Nice dive.. I like the HMS Minnow.. good value.. better than the big boats for the same price..
how far down is the ship?
Think it's about 140' to the sand. The top of the ship is about 60-70' below the surface if I remember correctly.
Great video! Diving there in a couple weeks. Question though- were the reds I see in the video visible at depth, or were you using external lighting for the video?
Thanks Ryan, no lights, just a red filter lens on my GoPro ;-) Enjoy the dive!
what gopro you using to film that? im thinking about getting the hero4 silver
Levi Hill I filmed mine with a hero 4 silver. It looked fantastic. Check out my latest video on my channel to see for yourself. I did my editing with just the gopro desktop studio. Enjoy
@@lhill4363 hi deer I just ate a bit too much my stomach feels reel full
Thanks so much for the video. I am going to dive this in two weeks so I thought I would do a little research. I enjoyed your video.
It's hard to tell because you didn't focus on it in the shot, but did you see the scorpionfish from 8:06 to 8:25?
Cool video ! check out The Amazing Dives, girl free dives this wreck
Great video, cool fish!
Great video! I was very lucky in diving that wreck in November, and we got to the bow where there were 3 large Goliath Groupers, one of them was over 400 pounds....the big one had a deformity on his lip like from a fish hook..I wonder if it was this one!
Thanks, and I know-and it was JUST serviced :-(
Great video, it sounds like your regulator needs service though :)
Thanks ;-). Shot on GoPro Black 3+ in 1080 and edited in Song Vegas. The intro still image was taken with Canon 5D MarkIII and 17-40 f/4L
You always seem to find some nice glass days to shoot your videos
How do you get to bache shoal without hitting that shallow patch?
Nice video John. Thanks for posting it.
Makes me miss Florida
