Solo Barefoot Hiking | very fun, very safe ~away from people
Today I take you with me on my barefoot walk in a tropical jungle. In this video I share tips on how to be very mindful of your surroundings, while basking yourself in the beams of sunlight shining through a luscious jungle. Watch out for the monkeys 🐒🐒❤️❤️😜😜
The benefits of walking barefoot include:
- improved foot mechanics
- improved body posture
- no knee or lower back pain VS when you wear thick-soled hiking shoes
- anti-inflammatory and immune boosting*
*when we connect our bare feet and skin to earth’s natural surface, we absorb the free flowing electrons that neutralize free radicals in our body.

Sharing with you exercise lessons and positive affirmations!

    Improve upper body posture and feel taller after this banded routine! ☺️ A persistent rounded posture makes us hunch over and ‘shorten’ our spine. These exercises are targeted at strengthening the postural muscles - getting you more upright and feeling on top of the world immediately. Resistance bands are so portable and versatile! Open your app and voila, time to get fit and strong. Even a upper body-focused routine is considered a foot routine - because our foot is the base of support. Engage short foot and keep your toes open nice and wide 🦶🦶 Train with me weekly on Barefoot Warriors private membership. We have fun with barefoot training. Ja !!! Barfuss gehen ist ein Gefühl von Freiheit , es belebt Körper und Geist . Füsse können frei Atmen es entstehen keine üblen Schweiss Gerüche und die Füsse , das Fundament ähnlich der Wurzeln eines Baumes können somit Ihre eigentlichen Aufgaben gerecht werden , nämlich Stösse absorbieren , Unebenheiten ausgleichen und über den Ballengang man sich auch lautlos fortbewegen kann . Desweiteren Erdet man sich , welches bei Schuhen überwiegend Gummi - Sohlen nicht funktioniert .Verschiedenste Untergründe werden beim Barfussgehen sofort empfunden , kälte , hitze , trocken , Wasser , ein Hochgenuss der Sinne . Über dem nackten Fuss entsteht dann auch ein gesunder Körper. Immunsystem wird gestärkt , kalte Füsse werden indessen duch Muskelaktivität wärmer das allgemeine Kälteempfinden Herbst/Winter wird reduziert der Körper reguliert seine Temperatur das allgemeine wohlfülen wird gesteigert . Was auch von Vorteil : Schuhe reinigen fällt aus !!! 😂 Woher ich das weiss ? Eigene Erfahrung 63 Jahre lang Gruss aus Germany - Mannheim. ❤

    🔴 We were all born barefoot and born to live barefoot. The human feet that we were given by God - or nature or evolution if you prefer - were designed and intended to function and serve us well without “support” or otherwise needing to be covered or bound up in footwear. There is no logical reason why anyone would ever need to have their feet, including their soles, covered or “protected” by shoes or other footwear, with the exception of certain conditions that would immediately or very quickly cause injury or damage - such as extreme weather conditions, caustic chemicals, fire, or similar conditions. Mere risk or what if are not necessarily good or logical reasons for needing footwear, but only personal preferences. So, keep calm and walk barefoot on the earth : 🦶🏻☺🦶🏻🌍

    Barefoot training to me is important, but walking around barefoot is just not worth the risk. Just wear thinner soles. Not worth contracting, ringworms, HPV virus, or even ringworms. So please, as much as I would encourage people to train barefoot, I do not encourage everyone to walk around the city barefoot. Don't jump into it, just because it is a fitness trend.

    • @miinbarefoottrainer
      @miinbarefoottrainer Місяць тому

      Thanks for dropping your feedback. So glad to hear you agree that barefoot training is important. Barefoot walking should not be seen as a trend. If a person is not used to walking barefoot, definitely do not walk into the city - practice mindfulness, precaution and walking barefoot inside one's own home and garden first. Barefoot walking also has grounding/earthing benefits that include improved circadian rhythm, reduced stress, faster wound healing and anti-inflammatory benefits. If you try it for at least 20-30 mins a day (find a safe garden space), you'll definitely feel the effects!🥰🌿🌿Most people suffer from foot dysfunctions that have only worsen and became chronic from wearing shoes, such as Achilles tendinitis, plantar fasciiitis, severe bunion, hammer toes, and joint arthritis - suffering on a daily basis. The dysfunctions affect the knees, hips and lower back directly. The real concern is not ringworms. Again - walk barefoot as often as we could because it can help improve all the dysfunctions above, but practice precautions and get proper guidance.

    • @richardleesl
      @richardleesl Місяць тому

      @miinbarefoottrainer if you're talking about dysfunctional ability of your feet, I reckon it is still better to be flexible over all. Build muscles and you'll live longer and have better quality of life. If you work on your feet only and ignore the body as a whole, it's also pointless. Fitness should be a holistic approach. Run with barefoot shoes, do body weight training and animal movements, build strength in not only your feet. To have strong flexible feet, I'd rather do climbing, run, or even do plyometrics training, stretch it, do tight rope walks, jump in it. That's how you learn to use your feet in a proper manner. Not just walking around barefoot.

  • @richardleesl
    @richardleesl Місяць тому

    Aren't you supposed to buy shoes with more toe room in the front and not those that fit so tightly? You should be buying at least half or 1 size bigger for the H&M shoe.

    • @miinbarefoottrainer
      @miinbarefoottrainer Місяць тому

      Thanks for sharing your feedback!💚 If the shoe design (like the H&M) has tapered toe box, it still won't be a good fit even if it is a size bigger, because the rest of the shoe will be bigger as well. The issue with conventional shoes is more than their narrow toe box; their rigid soles and thick cushion restrict mobility and block the nerve endings in the bottom of the feet, affecting foot posture and gait patterns negatively, which will in turn contribute to callus and dysfunctions in the foot and up the kinetic chain. These shoes can be worn once in a while, but not everyday or for training, as most people do.
