So my first encounter with Golem was when I was playing with my friend since that is the only world I ever play in terraria and we have alwas calamity mod and for some reason he thought that it would be a nice idea for me to experience Terraria on extreme difficulty. I had so much trouble with Golem it was awful. Now I look at this since I heard that Golem fight was very easy and WHAT IS THIS? If Golem was this easy on our world it would be way more fun experience

you have to turn down your colleague's volume. my ears are blowing away. beside that a nice video. good luck. i played trough terraria so many times in all different difficulties. but getfixedboi broke me. i gave up when i had to fight the mechanical bosses.

getfixedboi (remix seed change) made it so that lava slimes dont drop lava and hellbats/lava bats drop them instead

Golem doesn't even feel like a boss,it feels more like a biome mimic in early hardmode

I think re-logic can't make him hard cuz he's fundamentally flawed. Like you can't give him more damage cuz his projectiles are easy to dodge. Giving him more health just makes him a slightly longer fight. I think the problem with golem is having a floor-bound boss in hardmode, where u have wings and tons of movement items. Maybe give him at least a rocket boost where he lunges at the player dealing a lot of damage. This could be good in a confined space like the temple. Or maybe give him minions or add some cool mechanic.

There’s a few times where the temple conveniently have traps that’s in the boss room which makes golem easier
