Have you ever lied? stolen? hated? been prideful? gossiped? swore? Or other bad things? I Can say without a doubt we’ve at least done something that was considered bad, consciously that we shouldn’t have done. this is called sin. It’s the act of doing something against what God wants in our lives. Think about this. You have just invited someone over to your house, and that means you can place rules on what they do - because it’s your home! Now lets say this said person directly disobeyed the rules you’ve placed while they were there. you would be offended right? This is exactly the situation with us and God. We are the person staying over in His creation, yet we consciously disobey- which is called Sin. We all have this problem and because of this God has to send us to hell because He is so just can’t just let these wrong doings pass. Think of it as a guilty criminal having to be sentenced to jail because the Judge knows it’s right. We are the guilty criminal. Hell is our punishment. And God is that Judge. Well, this would mean that everyone would go to hell because we’ve all committed sin-disobedience from God, consciously. But here’s the good news. Jesus came to die on the cross, taking our punishment upon Himself, for our sins so we don’t need to go to hell. Think of that same analogy with the criminal. Now there is a person that’s willing to bail that criminal out and if that criminal accept that gift of bail, then they will be able to legally be free. If we accept that, Jesus died on the cross for our sins and repent- turn away from sin-then we will be saved because we take His bail that He offers for free so we can go to heaven.

English Language arts is just taught like bs and when I took the hs graduation exam for it which is easier than AP it was just torture a clusterf••• of a test and I got a 55 on my first try and 66 on second. And trust me you wouldn’t want to take AP Lit it’s way worse than AP Lang! ELA passage comprehension questions are way too hard like they have literally a million possible answers but only one correct answer because of inferences they expect you to make way too early in school! And some of the concepts learned are NC17 rated like the scary topics such as the holocaust chapter in humanities

Honors classes are a scam, employers are not going to care about how well you did in high school

Do dual enrollment instead of ap guys. It’s easier and you’re guaranteed that college credit

I moved high schools at the end of 10th grade and in the new high school, I got enrolled in all honors classes and the one thing I can say is that the classes are “easier” in my opinion because because the distractions are minimized. Although, next year I’m taking AP physics and precalculus which has me so nervous cuz I rlly wanted to just have an easy last year of high school. 😭

I am probably getting an extra time accommodation for 1.5 time for example if I get 10min I really have 15 so I should be at an advantage here I'm testing April 13 2024

so i am currently number 2 in my class (i'm a sophomore) and i am currently taking 3 ap classes and 1 pre-ap. i know the guy ahead of me had the same schedule as me last year (1 ap and 1 pre-ap) but this year he is taking 3 ap classes and 2 pre-ap classes. he is also planning on taking 5 or 6 ap classes next year too but i'm only taking 4 due to needed credits. what would you recommend me doing? because i've had the valedictorian goal since middle school. my school also doesn't offer a variety of ap classes and i am balancing a 4 year academy (which is an elective) on top of it

My community college costed around 400-700. Around 400 for 3 credit classes and 700 for 4 credit.
