    You are talking about this subject from a perspective of feelings. Your feelings. Thus, everything you say in this video can be rejected. For example, the guy commenting about fat adaption is correct. You are a sugar burner, it can take weeks to months to become fat adapted. Also, if you don't eat enough fat you will be lethargic. The content you put out should be based on more than your feelings. Your video is not useful for the public, because nothing is based in science. Everything you said can be refuted. Still, GL on your journey. 😊

    Not true. When you feel like sh...t without carbs means that you are not fully fat addapted. I tell you this from own experience. I work hard in gym with 2 hours hard weight training and i feel perfect with low / medium carbs exclusively from non starchy vegetables & IF OMAD (2 hours feed/ 22 fast). This story with carbs is just a fairytale.

    Any tips for shoulder pain while benching/pressing movements?

    • @grindovamatter
      @grindovamatter 2 місяці тому

      Honestly this could mean a lot I’m sorry I can’t be help, maybe check your technique if it’s not correct overtime you will get discomfort. Definitely take time to recover and eat well.

    • @ryuujisan32codes
      @ryuujisan32codes 2 місяці тому

      That's hard to guage without seeing you. Anyone that gives you a cookie cutter answer without a movement pattern assessment has an ebook to sell you.

    • @randolphjunior8906
      @randolphjunior8906 2 місяці тому

      If you have pain, your technique is wrong. Lower the weight and learn how to take the bar / your body through the full range of motion with *full control* over the *entire range of motion*. Yes, that means you will have to humble yourself. Strict technique reps are a lot harder than just pushing through. The reward is a healthy joint and no injury. Trust me. I went through shoulder impingement and a partial tear to learn this lesson. If you don't have full control throughout the rep without feeling discomfort or even pain, you're doing it wrong. Drop the ego, work on your technique and only do reps as long as you can *maintain* proper technique. A rep that hurts in the shoulder / joint is not a good rep but a ticket to snap city. Again, when you feel pain you need to stop what you're doing and re-evaluate. Don't be dumb and try to be "a warrior" that "goes hard". If it hurts you're not being hard, you're litereally just simply hurting yourself. Don't do it.

    • @jaghad
      @jaghad 2 місяці тому

      To correct you. First off, carbohydrates are not essential in the human diet. The body produce the exact amount of glucose it needs via gluconeogenis. If you are not fat adapted, which I've heard can take a few weeks up to a a few monts to become, you will gass out because your body is not effiecient at using fat as a fuel source. Secondly, it doesn't matter if the carbohydrates are procecessed (sugar) or if they are whole (potatoe) they will all break down into glucose in you bloodstream.
