Thank you for this video. I was tracking my car driving down a quiet road and the drone descended as it was tracking me. Curious why it would do this. Thought altitude would stay steady.

Having a drone I do not need to register and have Section 107 certification is why I bought the Mini 4 Pro. Being able to fly over people is also important for the areas I want to record and why it will take the place of my Phantom 4 drone.

hi justin! have you tried simulating to turn off the goggles itself since that's where the remote controller communicates with the aircraft..had a weird loss of both signals that left my drone living with the sea creatures now..here's a video of what went wrong: ua-cam.com/video/rI2MNy8-Waw/v-deo.html

hi Justin, thanks for the nice video, but I wanted to ask you to use the same remote control for both avata1 and avata 2, if I change the rates for avata2, do they remain set even when I use avata1?

Thanks for the video. I use this setup with my Air 3 and love it as I can see perfectly clear with goggles. I just like exploring a taking some pics here and there and find it perfect. I have 5 inch builds for true FPV but sometimes its cool just to put around with the motion controller and chill. 40 minute flight time is an advantage as well. Works for me. Cheers.

Very good. I just got my F Mini 4 Pro this week and here in the Northeast of England, between the rain and attrocious wind I've not once had the drone out - so I'm taking the opportunity to learn (my last drone was the Mini 2) and this video has been particularly useful.

Great info, I've watch a bunch of your videos and just subscribed. I'm going to use my mini4 with my mountain biking adventures. It's been one storm after an other here so no chance to get out and test it. I'll have to watch this a couple of times before I go out! This is a great bit of kit.

Good video nice straight to the point easy way to teach people that don’t exactly know which one to use plus no extra stuff at the beginning or end makes it for a good video to reference when flying in the field after a while you pretty much don’t really need to reference anything it just becomes Muscle memory well with your eyes and a little bit of tweaking here and there. Maybe I should’ve said tinkering made it sound like people are breaking bad with a drone. 😅

I’ve watched hundreds of YT drone videos, many very good. However, you always raise the bar a tad higher. I think your videos are exceptional.

Dji’s propeller holder sucks anyways. Your method is much better, I just happen to be using a worn out one with less elasticity. Thanks for the video.

Hai Justin why I can't change my aspect ratio to 4 : 3 It's only 16 : 9 aspect ratio that I can choose.. Also i' can't change my FoV to super wide I can only shoot in Wide or Normal mode.. I already updated all of my device to the latest Firmware.. I Wonder what went wong 🤔

💥Due to a recent update a couple of things have changed. These don't make a massive difference but let me cover them 💥 1 - Subject scanning is gone. Subject scanning has been removed from the menu and we now have Focus Track. This does a very similar job to subject scanning and can be toggled on and off using the button on the left of the screen which looks like this [ o ] You can still select a subject by drawing around them and this will bring up that tracking options as shown in the video. Otherwise you can toggle on focus track and then click the plus icon to select the subject you want to track. The operation of the tracking features is still the same as in this video. The only exception being the addition of Active track Auto which will perform automated drone moves whilst tracking you. 😃

Great video but it seems like DJI had a new software update that took away subject scanning on the screen. Now to get to Active Tracking you have to tap the small square box with the dot on the left side of the screen. It’s not that easy to get into all the modes. Maybe you can make another video showing the new way. It would be more help than I got from DJI

Yep same thing happened to me (sucker) 😂😂😂....for $60 the drone was useless totally unflyable😮😮 I've learned my lesson 😅

Thanks Justine think I would go with last one as well mate. Was a bit disappointed when I got my 3s to find no prop guard [ Bit mean from dji] and they could also make their bags a bit larger to accommodate for control covers etc. Thanks for reccomendations!👌👊

thanks for the interesting video. I was told that for videos shot with avata2 in D-Log-M format the recommended export to ProRes, otherwise you risk losing details of the D-LOG-M. Can you confirm? You, please what are your settings? Thanks!
