@kronoxodus319 I've never encountered any opinion saying that music is halal, since there are many hadiths in which the Prophet (aleyhi salat wa salam) explicitly forbade musical instruments. The only exception I've seen concerns the use of duff for wedding occasions for women only.

Your computer/console/screen has the option to mute volume entirely, and most games have an option to control the volume of music, so you can either just mute all volume or mute the music only.
